At we have a signed a striker but t the age of 16 we are going to have patient.

The search for striker continues.

I think its fair to say at 16 he's possibly one for the future

Still thats the NEW STRIKER box ticked. Levy can have the rest of the Summer off

Have no idea , wonder if he will feature in the NextGen matches ?????

great bit of itk on spurs community re skyderen on coulibaly- we are not as close to signing him as some of the media are saying

Looking into him a bit further and some aspects of the media have branded him "the new Drogba". However according to wikipedia he's only 5ft 7inches and doesn't look too powerful either. Maybe they're just referring to his quality.

I know youtube makes players look good but it sure as hell looks like the lad can finish, he's scored some crackers.

Hold on a minute....you can run at goal, from an onside position AND shoot away from the goalie !! Whatever next!
Let's hope he can teach that to one or two of our present strikers

Pathetic ain't it hounslow How these guys get the "rep" i will never know...... I to think i sat there being all negative with his recent "itk" post thinking we won't be getting anyone..... 5 mins after he posts about this guy not being close to signing he suddenly appears on the OS website .... PRICELESS!!!

he is now linking us with mangala from standard liege quote- he could be a spurs player ? don't hold your breath don blue and yellow

there has been talk that if we signed him he would be straight into the 1st team squad. this kid's supposed to be the real deal.

i dont know if it's a one deal though. last i heard there was some uncertainty whether he could get a visa.

That would be unfortunate, something about this kid has me a little bit excited.. Though, it's probably youtube playing tricks on me!

Birminghan fan here. i watched the whole of the u17 world cup and personally i feel Coulibaly was the best player of it. His ability to turn quickly is something else. He has all the potential to be better than Drogba. Honestly think this player has the potential to be world class

what i read was that as he's 16 he cant get an employment visa as a non eu national, but his father has migrated to italy and if he gets an italian passport before the transfer window closes (which was evidently uncertain a few day ago) then the lad can get permission to play. as you can tell, i dont really understand what the situation is, but that's the best explanation i can give based on the article i read last week

Girlfriend just asked me why im smiling like a creep...BECAUSE WE HAVE SIGNED A STRIKER DARLING!!!!

Wouldn't be surprised to see Coulibaly in our squad next season, apparently it was part of the contract that he plays for our full team

I can now eat dinner a happy man...or am i over reacting?

posted on 18/7/11

No RRP, not over reacting .... No doubt we still want to see big names come in but this is a start and boy does this guy have huge potential ....... I'm just glad Levy is atleast doing something and gives me a bit of confidence we are close to other signings........ Oh and RRP..... Rossi's agent " Juventus need to improve there offer" ..... Levy what are you waiting for!!!!!!!!
