Looks like it. Surely Frankfurt won't stay there. Maybe Hamburg or Hannover will make a challenge.

Frankfurt will die out later on but I fully expect Hamburg and Stuttgart to challenge. Mame Diouf been excellent this season. As has H.M Son

Wolfsburg picking up slowly as well

Doubt Wolfsburg will. They're still down there. Won't get relegated but won't do anything.

They'll turn it around, and end up top 8 IMO

seems like augsburg are in trouble as well as furth, i think dusseldorf will do ok, they are playing well at home. Hoffenheim for me are the team which may be in the dreaded 3rd bottom in bl vs 3rd top in the 2nd division game, for me thats better than the play off and just as much drama

Hi mate. Happy with how Reading are doing?

posted on 24/11/12

Not really but glad we got ourselves a win last week. Important for this weeks game. Might be able to get a win though.

How's life?

Good, busy as always but good.

Why aren't you happy? No offence, but don't you think Reading are punching above their weight by reaching the PL? I'd have thought that simply standing up to some of the teams there, putting up a fight and keeping your hopes of staying up alive for as long as possible would've been enough to keep the fans happy.

Nice.

Well it is something we are proud of being in the Premier League something we will hold onto as a club for a long long time. We are putting up fights but it gets frustrating when we are just not winning games when we should be. We are as good as QPR, Aston Villa, Wigan etc but we are failing to beat these sides when we should be.

I see. Maybe that's the price to pay for your PL inexperience. I was just reading up a bit and found out you're one of the oldest clubs in England but refused to join the league for about 30 years, why was that? And in view of that, is there any other competition you cherish more - the FA Cup maybe?

Are you from/do you live in Reading then? Never been there myself, is it nice? Sounds like it should be with the two rivers and all that.

FA Cup has been something we have gone out and done what we can. Got to the QF a couple of seasons ago and lost to Man City 1-0 away so I was proud then. Well I think we will stay in the league for the experience.

Yes, live about 5 minutes away from Reading at max. Nice place to live actually, plenty of things to do near by. Windsor Castle and Legoland (for the kids). There the main attractions. Obviously Madejski Stadium as well.

Maidenhead United close by and you can go watch them, not actually all that bad.

Reading, Watford, Swindon, Maindenhead the rivals around us.

Legoland? I mustn't tell my kid.

I'd have thought Watford was quite a way away. I grew up in Barnet, v close to Watford Way.
