Soldado and Negredo actually work really well.

I need an extra central midfielder though - I'm looking at Suso after I get the CL qualification money.

Still playing Fifa 13 career. Might try and finish 15 seasons, for once. Fifa 15 will be out by then. England feel as average as real life, could only manage a 1-1 draw against Egypt. Only had 6 shots as well which is well below my average.

I also forgot India could pass the ball like Spain. Beat them 3-0 and had 25 shots but they still had way more possession than they should've.

I'm starting to warm to the gameplay now. Still think they've managed to break career mode so won't be doing a full length one. Bumped it back upto world class, Eto'o, Mata and KDB all in good form.Eto'o has 11 goals already and we're just going into December.

This leads me on to some thoughts on the gameplay. Some things are better than before, you don't have to be running at an angle to get a decent cross in, through balls from top players tend to be accurate and well weighted.

Now some things I don't like.

They still haven't got rid of the CPU clearing it with their backs to play with an overhead kick and it goes straight to the feet of their striker.

Every team I play against seems to just launch inch perfect passesto their forwards to start attacks when I put them under pressure.

I seem to hit the post far too many times.

Heading seems ridiculous in this game, any goalkick from the CPU and maybe 2 times out of 10 my 6"2 CBs will actually manage to head it, whether they're against Crouch or Sterling. Again when crosses come on the CPu always seems to get there first.

Acceleration and pace have little effect now. Some people may argue it needed to be toned down, and I do like how slow wingers can be effective now, but when Hazard acelerateshe cannot get past the full-back. In real life you can see the ease at which his aceleration takes him past defenders.
Also when you're though on goal defenders ALWAYS catch up, even when you run across them. If they don't use magical pace boosters they just pull my player back. In real life, espiecally if they run across, once a player is through they are through.

Strength and balance is..well unbalanced in the game. the CPU tends to just run through my players from behind when they tackle sometimes and my player's body offers no resistance (as I alluded to when I said running across the defender when through on goal makes little difference). Meanwhile my 80_ strength CBs half the time cannot get anything out of the likes of Cabaye. They need to shield the ball better automatically.

The amont of goals I concede from them shooting from an angle, the ;keeper parries and it just lands at their strikers feet is ridiculous, Happens at least once every 2 matches.

Need to make player movement more intelligent. Too many times on the counter or when you're in possesion on the edge of the box players just let themselves be maked by defenders. No one drops deep ad no one tries to get beyond their marker.

Also the problems with OP heading and the 'keeper rebound thing also happen to me a lot.

In spring now and just won 2-1 aggregrate against Bayern Teach them for that super cup in real life although there was no 2013 super cup in the game.

First game at the Allianz, it was all going well and probably would have finished 0-0 if not for flucking Ashley Cole gifting Mandzukic the ball as Bayern ='s high pressing came off.

At the bridge Eto'o scored a scrappy one at the start and then Mata was put through to finish. We were by far the better team and Eto'o scored another but was offside, while 5"4 Feruz missed a free header. Cech in fine form to keep out Bayern (who have also signed Suarez by the way..)

In the league and 2 points above United. Won the CC but knocked out of the FA Cup by City.

Destroyed Spurs 7-1, normally I can't score against their jammy defense.

Amazing first game on PS4

HORROR START as they went 2-0 up after 20 minutes from a free kick and then slipping a ball through my defence and a first time finish. Stunned. But we didn't give up, and after a corner was cleared, it was fired back in, blocked by a defender, but it dropped to Baston who swivelled and fired home on the volley. THE DEPOR FANS ERUPT. WE ARE PUMPED. A cross comes in, it's headed away, but the deep defence allow a header to come back in, bypassing the defence and Culio got a delightful first time chip over the keeper. Soon after it's 3-2 Depor after a cross fell to Arizmendi to nod in, but the best was to come. A through ball bounced in front of Baston who smashed a volley in from 20 yards. Boom.

PES 6 is better

Hmm.

Graphics are quite stunning, now.

Have my proper account up now so can't do the Depor one.

Moved to a Young Boys one. First game a dreary 1-0 win over Sion.

Apparently when you win a trophy, the celebration scenes are different on next gen

Hope so, they were something that were much better on PS2 PES.
