Exactly. If they update ratings based on real life you might have a bit of a struggle. Obviously the aim would be to preserve the 'Dino' status of never being relegated. But if you can get the good players pulling their weight you've got a good mid-table team.

Disappointed Kent didn't do it tbh, he's got a soft spot for them, especially VDV.

Adler's took a bit of a hit, might look to get rid of him, gonna sell VDV and get a young CAM. Keep Holtby till the end of the season.

Adler's 82 on Futhead, he's way too inconsistent to be in the 80s imo.

How the feck do you buy players on Career Mode? You can't see their OVR's.

Yeah I'm still sceptical about that. It doesn't really make sense for their stats to be available in every other mode. You or I wouldn't need to send scouts to tell give us a rough idea of any players stats, let alone a real manager. The stats are defined by the makers of a video game so it's not as if they're really special or secret.

I think I prefer it to the last way where you could end up buying the same players every career mode. Maybe could define it a bit better and give you an idea of how good someone is (50-60 overall)

Wish they moved away from overall ratings (same applies to PES) and made you work harder to pick which players belong in which positions. I think in PES 6 there are two screens in the whole game where you can look at overall ratings.

EA put the promoted teams faces in the game too now. Wonder if the teams relegated will have their stadium in the game next year, wouldn't be surprised if the contract stops them.

Would be horrible if they did that but wouldn't put it past them. PES getting new stadiums this month I believe. Hope it's at least 10-15. Think I'll definitely take a punt on it when I get (win) my PS4 because it's pretty cheap.
