Liverpool will more than likely redevelop Anfield. FSG will not in any shape or form consider sharing a stadium with Everton.

You'll never get to Stokes level. They appear in finals and have played in Europe lately.
---------------------------------------------------
They currently sit below us in the league along with 17 other clubs whilst also currently sit above Liverpool along with 13 other clubs.
I bet you wish you were in Stokes position at the moment.
Onwards and upwards with Brendans army,he always has a soundbite even if it's not required.Bloke must read and memorise quips before he goes to bed every night, shortly after kissing the painting of himself hanging over his fireplace
There is two thing that are a certaintly. Liverpool will not finish the season in 14th, and Everton will not finish the season as league runners up. There is more chance of both reversing their positions.

You had that on Sunday after picking up your first league win of the season.
No we didn't. What are you talking about? Silly comment there phil - wow. We don't celebrate mediocrity - just trophies.
What are you doing for the 20 year aniversary?
After that you apparently have become the 'unbeatables'.You go on a one win winning streak and suddenly your the worlds best club side

What are you doing for the 20 year Anniversary Phil?
I was hoping we could meet up.
Everton had an open top bus parade in 2005 for finishing 4th. There was 100 Welshmen watching it with their sheep. Everton fans on the 25th of May 2005 were having a party at half time. The less said about the second half the better. The real open top bus parade happened a week later when Liverpool were crowned European Champions for the 5th time.

That's reserved for clubs who win relegation six pointers like you did on Saturday
Evertons trophy room along with Arsenals caused the ash cloud.

They certainly climb out from under the floorboards when they win a game.
Lovely to see the third team in Merseyside getting a win on the board before Winter arrives

Surely you're doing something rather than posting innane rebuttals of the ilk of "I know you are"?
What about buying loads of NEC goods in homage to the sponsor of when you last won something?
Some might say was No1 all those years ago. Maybe you could play that and pretend to be a manc. You're not that far off considering how far you are up their bottom.
Just a thought.
Evertons standards have dropped significantly. Everton have finished above Liverpool 5 times in 42 years. 1970-2012. One 3 of those occasions they won the league. 1970,1985,1987. Since then there has been a dramatic drop in standards. They are almost as bad as Spurs. Well at least Everton occasionally finish above their rivals. Spurs haven't finished above Arsenal since 1992.
To be fair Ozzie so have ours.

Someone is getting herself in a right tizzy.I wonder what has upset her after her club gaining it's first win of the season against the odds at Norwich.I'd have thought you'd be down the club shop buying a badge or scarf commemorating your win at Norwich
Not really mate. The only trophy we haven't won in the last 20 years is the league. We've won everything else, as well as being English footballs most successful side in Europe in the 21st century with 2 trophies. Manchester United and Chelsea have only won 1.
3 left feet: Lerner allowed Lambert to spend over £20M net this summer & he's pumped a fortune into Villa since he bought it, it's not his fault it's largely been spent poorly. I don't aspire for us to be anyone, the Coates family have pumped a fortune into Stoke though, that was my point.
I don't see what any of that has to do with Bill not having sold the club despite claiming to have tried to for years though?
Are you saying that only Bill is capable fo taking us forwards & we should be scared of any new owner because they're not Bill?
