SE85 the key is pressing the ball
-----
It helps that they can pass the ball to their own players.
Wow. Dortmund would probably rip us apart thinking about it.
What a pass....what a miss
Ridiculous miss. Lewandowski overrated!!!

I hope Fergie is watching this.
16 shots at the City goal, twice against woodwork and 11 on target. We didn't manage a single one in April.
City were in amazing form in April, they are in their worst form under Mancini yet. It's also the was we set up and players selected which cost us.
WHAT A PASS Did we buy the wrong Dortmund player lol
Arsenal have just bid £40mil for Lewandowski.
dortmund are certainly a better side in the CL than last season, theyve shown city how to learn from a disappointing first season
I don't expect them to win it Mr Chelsea, that;s hard for any team. They have bought the right kind of players. Most who have played in it before most who have played in Europa for years where it's exactly the same style of football.
The second year thing is a bullsheiyte excuse and from my mind with the outlay spent Mancini has failed big time of they go out at the groups again. You can't keep saying it takes time and wait year on year on year for success.
Chelsea took years to win, but they always did well in it. Look at Spurs it was also their first year and they only spent a fraction. The outlay spent reflects the expectation and what makes success and this isn't it.
Liverpool have just bid the same for Jack Rodwell.
City defence is really a joke this year. 3 defenders and they let Lewandowski received the ball freely in front of Hart. Dortmund may regret that miss.
Balo in and I can see Tevez is getting frustrated again ... another "denying something" gonna happen.
Dortmund have worked a lot harder too. This City side just look like any side managed by an Italian team.
Was a foul that
I hate this, when players complain about the other team not kicking the ball out.
THEY DON'T HAVE TO.
This is the best I've seen any team play at City since they became a threat for the title.
Anything other than an away win would be a travesty after what has been a near perfect display from Dortmund barring a lack of finishing touch.
I am sure that if teams buy Dortmund;s players individually they will be just 60-70% as good.
This Dortmund team surely is much more than the sum of its parts.

No they don't but in Europe it is generally accepted that you do.

City weren't amazing that night at all. They hardly made a chance and scored from a set piece.
They were just better than we were, which is all they needed to be.
But surely they know the rules?
If the referee doesn't blow the whistle, you play on.
CastleGray True.
We had Mourinho to start us off in our CL campaigns. I've never really rated Mancini as a manager. Fair play he won the league but he was a whisker away from losing it, so I think he's getting found out in Europe.
How many times have they switched formations this game?
Also Mancini's plan B is always to push Yaya Toure up. It might work in the PL. Doesnt seem to work in the CL though. Limited manager imo.
