We should have beaten newcastle by 10 goals in the game at OT. We did not get battered at newcastle as both teams had the same amount of chances but newcastle took theres. Newcastle seem a lucky side.

We thrashed newcastle when they were in the premier league before they got relegated. We seem to batter newcastle but can't finish.

Look at our carling cup game missed 5 sitters that game even a baby could score.

lol so if we win a penalty like that against them you will say it is a clear penalty. Yes lets see ben arfa was not touched by ferdinand, ferdinand passed the ball out of play, then linesmen gavve it out of nowhere.

I personally think that game could have finished over 10-0. It was unbelieveable how many times we hit the post had shots cleared off the line or krul somehow saved it. Hernandez could have had 6 easy goals that game.

I suppose newcastle did a chelsea on us and cheated us though. We really need to finish off our chances, chelsea seem to be clinical. We seem to think oh well another chance and we will score etc. Tottenham game showed if a team takes every chance and you take 10% of them and get cheated you can lose.

Paul

I agree,I thought it was a clear penalty. You could clearly see Rio tripped Ben Arfa around the thigh area, that's where the contact was made. What's worse is that Newcastle dominated that match as well and should have won.

Pardew who said they deserved the draw for throwing there bodies on the goaline all game deserved the penalty which he thought was not a penalty lol. If someone like pardew who thinks they got battered and deserved a draw think it was not a penalty then I am sure not many will.

Hafijur

I'm sure the stats will show Newcastle were competitive in the game. On another day Rio could easily have seen red for that foul on Ben Arfa but the referee was very lenient

Krul is injured you butt pirate. Hafijur you are a weak imitation of barry smith

2-1 Manu

dodgy ref to score winner

Hafijur to say it was deserved because of a superior ratio of throwins to pies sold

In that case it could be double figure scoreline.

Red card for Rio last year?
He didn't even touch Ben arfa .. wums.

Newcastle also won 3-0 last year because the gale force winds put the ball in the net

Not because you were utter shiite then?

paulpowersleftfoot over the 2 league games man utd performed much better. I hope we play 10x worse then we did last year and win at the sportsdirect arena from a free penalty then lets see how smug pardew is. He even said after our recent carling cup game they were as good as us but we missed so many sitters and still win.

2-0 Newcastle, both first half goals. Lots of huffing and puffing from United but not as much as afterwards on JA606 by United fans.

Theres no chance for newcastle. Only way they will get something is if they cheat like tottenham and get lucky,

Did this cheating from other teams contribute to Utd spunking up an 8 point lead with 5 games left?

yes wigan cheated us out of 3 points by the ref. You got a soft penalty against sunderland in the 3-3 and stoke had a goal disallowed for nothing in the 1-1 draw against man city as well as a penalty not given. I make that 5 point swing at the end. Even then you scored 2 late goals against 10 men qpr.

posted on 7/10/12

My memory is not as good as it was, did United get any soft penalties or late goals last season?

posted on 7/10/12

It's interesting Hafijur considers other teams to be cheats when his club arguably contains the biggest collection of cheating players the league has ever seen.
Valencia young Rooney Welbeck Nani the list is endless
Probably starts from the top with bobby ticket tout and ambassador Robson
Man Utd always outraged never ashamed

posted on 7/10/12

paul teams just take us out these days thinking nothing given . Look when valencia got fouled everyone was suprised we got the penalty as deep down they expect man utd not get anything. I think that was our first penalty at anfield since 1999.

Perhaps after decades of Utd cheating the referees are finally cottoning on?
