Cheers boss.
I am going to the first day's play, so I hope it is.
Ginger the new stand at Edgbaston has been in use for for a week or more.
Apparently because of the amount of steel and concrete mobile phones are not effective. Isn't that great.
I hope we get just enough moisture and cloud cover to make this series interesting, without it turning into the damp squib that the SL series became.
I reckon the only way that england can win is if it is damp or cloudy.
I still rememer the ashes in england and everytime england where batting it was Sunny and great but as soon as the aussies came to bat the clouds would turn up and the ball would be moving all over the place.
I heard Agnew on the BBC today program saying he hopes if Strauss wins the toss he will make India bat, to show them he means business.
It seems TMS have a Vaughan-Agnew axis suggesting Strauss is too conservative as captain.
I predict a centuaryless tour for Sachin. You heard it here first.
Ginger,
The new stand at Edgebaston has its offical opening day this weekend and is being opened by Prince Phillip, Very strange!
Boss,
What are you trying to say? England controlled the weather with a weather controlling machine in 2005?
How about when we beat the aussies in Oz this year?

Music to my ears. Not the Prince Phillip part though.
On Sky they are saying these conditions favour England's bowlers which on the face of it should be true but we mustn't forget Zaheer Khan who took 26 wickets in 2007.
All England's batsmen in the past have struggled against the left arm seamer bowling over the wicket.
India win the toss and send England in. First blood to India.
Broad in, Bresnan out which is the only prediction I've made about this test.
If he gets it right he might prove his critics wrong.
MS Dhoni has finally started winning tosses.
Even I got that one right
No yuvraj for India??
I think it is a sensible decision by the indian thinktank. They have gone for the form than the fame. Moreover yuvi is good for limited over games only!
Why the hell the game has not started yet??
Can't wait for this series to start!!
Every England fan will be holding their breath when Strauss faces Zaheer.
I reckon he will advance down the wicket and smack him back over his head for six and then reveal a t-shirt which reads 'Left armers, my ar.e'
Billy Bowden is umpiring, wouldn't it be fun if he gives Ian Bell not out LBW again.

Especially when Hawk-eye shows it would have hit halfway up middle stump
@hope4dbest
he will compensate it by giving SRT not out when he will be on 99 and then SRT will go on and make a big double ton or possibly a triple ton!
