Deano has got to get Bennet doing what he is good at tonight. Having watched the Brentford highlights Brentfords goal for me was scored because Bennet never tracked back. He appeared to let the player go in to our half without challenge when, as we all know, he has the speed to stop him.

If you watch Deans interview he sort of says that. He goes on about how good Kyle is but that he could be better, the main complaint is what you have just said.

Dean says that he criticises players if they are not giving their best and in Kyle's case his comment was, that if he didn't improve his defence, he'll be keeping the bench warm next to me ( Dean).

What he also said was that it was good to have NORMAL players to work with. I think that says it all.

I have been saying this about Bennett for quite some time now.
In possesion and running at defenders he looks very good and many people only see that side of his game.
Defensively and when receiving the ball with his back to goal he has much to learn.
Still, he is a young a developing player and hopefully the coaching staff will instill these values into him.
If they do he could go very far in the game.

All I want from Bennie is two goals tonight is that too much to ask? If he plays that well they would have to mark him and he could forget about defending.
