Smack Jack – I actually think he has a lot more to give if he was even more positive. Especially given Bale wasn’t playing he was the only real direct player in your team. There were occasions where I think he could take more of a risk and take on more players as I think he has the talent to come out on top enough to justify having more of a go. Yes he’d lose the ball at times, but there would also be times when he’d skin his marker and be in a very dangerous position. I think the pros would outweigh the cons.
There have been a few right wingers over recent years who looked like they could really do something but most don’t live up to the promise. SWP was one, Wayne Routledge and Pennant but Lennon I think is a very good player. He seemed to be quiet last year, think he had a few injuries though?

I just couldnt understand it. If, as a LB, you get caught so far up the pitch, out of position, on more than one occasion - wouldn't you (or even the manager) think about the consequences of it happening again.
I was screaming at the tele whenever the ball was knocked down our left. Such an obvious gap, and nothing done by the LB, captain or manager.
