what is santi regretting ?How he played yesterday or moving to the Arsenal?
The lack of ambition at the club is now sickening to be honest, considering the price of match day tickets.
He's a joy to watch. We don't have many technically gifted players in our side, which is why he stands out. You just expect him to score every game.
Rooney did a good job marking Arteta, followed him around all game.
Ruiney, every time he's tackled i'm watching through squinted eyes to see if he gets up ok.
Same, he keeps holding his ankle just to WUM us.
Thing is Arteta's game has always been too slow for this league especially now as he gets older. He needs time on the ball, just like Lampard hence needs a Makelele or a destroyer next to him.As poor as Song was he at least had Mikels back, now Jack or Diaby will have to do the same.
Rooney did a good job on him though.
Fair play to Rooney then. I didn't think he was great yesterday, but if he kept Arteta quiet then credit to him.
The Arsenal fans who keep saying RVP isn't clinical are either really bitter or simply clueless. It still amuses me that we had a vocal brigade claiming Giroud and Podolski would be better for us. Pathetic jokers really.
Shut up Sheriff Brown. Most gooners criticised RVP for not being clinical when he was playing for us, long before a move to united was even imaginable.
Idiot.
It's true. Van Persie always seems to miss easier chances than the ones he scores. Always been like that.

Amazing footballer but he is not clinical, he even showed this yesterday despite effortlessly running rings around us.
RVP despite missing some chances is still the most clinical striker in the league.
