Explained mine ages ago.
Raptor recently explained the "raptor" bit the other day.

RRP was trying to get as many abbrevs/acronyms to go with "recommended retail price" as possible.

i had to drop the 'epileptic' from the name after a while at BBC 606 as they thought it was quite offensive (after about 4 years of using it).

I started off as messiahkeane cos he was my messiah and he was gonna drag Spurs to the top of the league

now its just kind of a sarcastic messiah that every new manager etc is our new messiah

Mines Paxton (pretty obvious) and the SageNOnion bit is because Paxton sounds quite similar to Paxo the stuffing.

Was going to say its because I like to give the mrs a stuffing but thought it would be too vulgar.

RDBD

I did contemplate changing it to 'christ's chin' but as much as i wanted to it's difficult to change given you'd be throwing away your identity on here.

It relates to my working days of yore when I used to incessantly trawl Usenet tech groups for stuff ( 'the R(ea)Der B(lee)Der' *** ) .

*** Ask the Admins what "Usenet" and a "reader" are.

Fridgeboy, I always thought you might have changed it to something new after we made the epileptic removal edit way back...Some lad even sent us an email with his epic pharmacy levels of epilepsy medication cause he wanted to prove he did find it upsetting.
