Sorry I mean the other clubs top four odds?

posted on 14/11/12

Bitter reds will not see their side in the top 4 this season so I can understand why the fatlad is so bitter over us being there at present.

He seems to be an advocate of the Kenny Dalglish school of thought when he was manager. He famously said 'we will wait to see at the end of the season how many points we will get'.Yep king kenny your owners also seen the points total and decided you are a waste of space and dispatched you.

Brendan needn't have any worries as he believes his teams doing a 'fantastic' job

I wonder if they disregard the form of other clubs?

Or just the one they desperately wish to finish above

Phil you're such a joke.

What on Earth would we have to be bitter about? Genuinely what?

The fact you're not in Europe, the fact you came 7th, the fact you've not won a trophy in nearly two decades or the fact no-one at your club has won anything with you.

There is one bitter person here and it ain't FJM.

Disregard form? Not really but here is the news. You've achieved nothing. Literally nothing.

Maybe the fact before the clocks went back you were pretty much already out of the running for a champions league spot in the eyes of many

Will United....City and Chelsea drop away?

posted on 14/11/12

We were out of that about two years ago.

It's not enough to make me, and I suspect any other Liverpool fan, bitter though. That would take you achieving something while we don't.

It's not like we've gone two decades without winning a single thing whilst our neighbors have picked up every cup competition going is it.

Seriously you sound like Tottenham. Come back when you've achieved something cos you're looking a complete ass!

Moreover it's pretty obvious that what you have is not sustainable. Chances are in about five years it will all revert to type.

Mystic rob is now predicting Evertons future, anything else you want to tell us oh wise one

posted on 14/11/12

Are you stupid? Are you not predicting the future? You're such a hypocritical fool. Bring back fell please.

But no it's not sustainable. It took you ten years to get 7th!

It's a good thing having Gibson out, he's woeful.

he's been a great signing so far

Where did you finish last year and where do you stand in the league at present.

Who say's that 7th is the pinnacle of this Everton side,7 years ago we finished 4th,we have been steadily rising up the league,Liverpool have been in a steady decline.I see nothing to say things have changed this season....have you mystic rob?

posted on 14/11/12

So a few years ago you finished 4th and you've been steadily rising up the league and finished 7th?

That's what you're telling me.

Selling players on and developing the squad is bot sustainable?
You better get on the blower to BR and the owners at Liverpool because that is the plan they have.

Working a treat innit. Stop referring to us as some form of credence! We're not very good. You can't have it both ways.

Look, I kind if hope this does not happen as there is a grudging respect, but the fact is this.

If you lost Moyes I feel there would be a big problem. To an extent you still have to sell to buy. The chances of you suddenly increasing merchandising, sponsorship and prize money is remote as is developing the ground and filling it so wages cannot be huge. You have 3 to 6 CL quality player who could earn more than they do now.

It would take everything going right for a number of years. Football ain't like that.

Quite frankly you're setting yourselves up for a fall. You're 12 games in and have a very tough middle season. If you don;t get fourth...... see paragraph above.

posted on 14/11/12

Mirror, mirror on the wall....

Why does Robbing try to predict an Everton fall?

posted on 14/11/12

Hypocrite. You'd never do that to us though would you.

Bit of pop psycology here but I reckon you've come out with a childish parody simply because there is a great deal of truth in what I have written.

posted on 14/11/12

No. You keep predicting we will fail.....with nothing more than a personal opinion to back it up.

Uf you were so unconcerned about our 4th place credentials then why so many repetitive posts....

My own personal pop psychology.....you are very worried we will do it...

Because 70% of the time.....teams in the top four now.....end the season in the top four.

posted on 14/11/12

But I have got something to back it up.

Last season.
The season before that.
The season before that.
The season before that.
The season before that.
The season before that.

Moreover what is this crazy notion that a prediction is built on opinion?!? What is the World where we cannot use fact to predict?!? Ridiculous.

posted on 14/11/12

Did we have the same team these past seasons?

Nope!

This is now, with this side....sitting 4th and playing well.

70% of the time.....well you know the rest. Goodnight and don't let Everton sitting in 4th give you nightmares like it will come May.

posted on 14/11/12

You'e being silly and grasping onto 70% like a 1/3 is not a large amount.

I've been decent on this thread and said you're in with a great shout. I've also concisely listed my reasons.

You can't even see that we actually agree.

We're bitter.

posted on 14/11/12

Well after that it would be clever to say that Osman got his first and last cap. Useless.

posted on 15/11/12

Shame it won't be Johnson's last cap, he was far worse. Think Ossie will be in with more of a shout than Henderson of adding to his caps though eh?

Back to our discussion Robbing, I agree with much of what you say, we have had a comparitively easy start but then there aren't many easy games in this division as Wigan proved at the end of last season. I really don't agree with FatJan at all, the idea in this league is to get as many points as you can and it is right to feel happy when you've made a good start, it isn't that often we do remember.

Whilst I whole heartedly agree that you are crap and not a barometer for success you have to understand that we have been in your shadow for 25 years and had to listen to you lot laud it over us, calling us bitters and a small club. For the first time in 25 years we actually have a better squad than you and are playing better football. Surely you can forigve us for crowing about it, it's actually quite amusing!

I'm not getting carried away though mate, just because nearly every year we have finished strongly doesn't mean we will this year, injuries will be key to us and whilst I actually don't think we'll finish top 4 I don't think we'll be far away. I had a sizeable bet at the start of the season for us to finish in the top6 at 7 to 2 so I'm well chuffed with the start we've had.

TOOL.....there you go again....

Talking rubbish. I could say the same about Sterling, but I am not bitter like you
