Sky Sports
BREAKING NEWS: Premier League working towards its own system of financial fair play regulations for next season.

I think an agreement has been made, it's very quick though. You'd think the rules could be implemented in a few years time, not next year.

I'm not, but I do read it a few times a day. May consider signing up to it.

Interestingly it appears they are not only against a salary cap but ANY additional finacial controls.

West Brom surprised me JFDI, do they have a Dave Whelan type owner too?

So Everton are trying to warn off any future investors.

It only needs 14 clubs to get the fair play rules implemented, right now the 4 named clubs need two others to try stop them from happening

My first thought was, aye, aye, who have these got lined up as buyers, City except City of course.

City can just use the same accountants as Chelsea to get round the rules.
