Enrique has been hard done by. He was carrying an injury and was lacking some confidence. Brendan also deserves credit for bringing him back.

Good 2nd half performance. Two tough away games coming up now, Swansea and Spurs. We desperately needed the win today going into that and we got it, and leave full of confidence.

Suso's best position is CM as the attacking pivot....but like Brendan has obviously seen...the 2 CMs in there need to be at it with high energy levels. Today they weren't for 45 mins and the change was spot on. Very brave and astute in my opinion.

Enrique just played wide left....not a wing back...not an attacking winger....just a straightforward LM...and he played well again. Hard for me to say that.

Lucas will add balance to the side if we can ever get him fit

Agreed ARE! Lets hope we bring him in slowly. Do not need him injured again. Big up to Hendo as well. He played it right today. Head up, was a nuisance and almost scored. Wished he had. Would have done him good.

If Lucas comes back at the level he was 12 months ago we will step it up again. It is that control and composure we need in CM with his ability to hit the nice correct pass at the correct time.

The best thing I heard about this game was that Hendo played well... He's had an awful time.

I'd still prefer Enrique at LB than Downing

Henderson must be putting the work in on the training ground, thought he was done with us but BR is warming to him slowly, hope he keeps it up

Of all the players I would love Hendo to come good and maybe this is the start. He did well today.

As good as Enrique played today and last week, Brendan still doesn't fancy him as a full back in my opinion. I reckon his performance at Chelsea gave him a selection headache he wasn't expecting. He's shoehorned him into the team as a LM and he has produced another good display.

Credit to Enrique for stepping up cos I thought he was on his way out. It'll be interesting how this develops cos Wisdomand Johnson seem to be 1st choice full backs.

Will Enrique remain at left mid? Quite ironic that lots of people have been calling for Johnson on the wing for years and now he is covering left back whilst Enrique pushes forward.
