its chelsea... you wouldnt expect one ounce of sense to come from them would you?!
Sheesh the amount of love the scousers have shed for Benitez today is amazing
He should of been sacked after winning the Champions League. Terrible decision by Liverpool
Who cares, I'll support Rafa till the end of the season.
It was disrespectful but I agree with the sentiment

So you disagree with my comments then?!
it did seem to take Rafa a while to figure out if you wanna make a challenge for the title, don't drop your star striker for away matches.
No, not really.
Using Chelsea logic, he would of been though

Incredibly disrespectful to Benitez, Chelsea would be lucky to have him. Fans like that (and I'm not saying all Chelsea fans are that way inclined) don't deserve him, just like they didn't deserve RDM - both good footballing men who deserve better.
I just went for the job interview at Chelsea, I got the job but because I left Roman hanging for a handshake for 0.5 seconds too long..... I was sacked
i agree that the chelsea fan made disrespectful comments (as per usual), but liverpool fans' love for Rafa is comedy.
Benitez would be lucky to be at Chelsea next season
Rafa is a good manager but he's not say in Mourinho or Pep's class and has no affinity with Chelsea, in a fact he was quite antagonistic in the past with his comments
"i agree that the chelsea fan made disrespectful comments (as per usual)"
Yes says who who was one of the biggest anti AVB haters last season.
Rafa, the manager who took a team who finished 2nd and nearly won the title to 7th in one season. You can go on all you like about him winning the CL but it's like me saying Wenger is still a great manager for winning titles a while back.

Don't forget about his achievements at Inter Milan.
Benitez is an excellent manager, but guess what so is Ancelotti and he was ruthlessly sacked too.
It's clear that Abramovich has effectively killed off the options to the extent that within a few years time the only top manager they'll be able to turn to is Mourinho?
If it is Benitez and he is either sacked for very little or decides to leave on his own accord due to the overwhelming constraints placed upon him by an interfering owner, then who do they turn to after that?
There is a Chelsea supporters group? Anyone in here a member?
Oh yeah and that. Turning CL winners Inter into also rans in the space of 6 months. Basically not very good anymore.
OP
Benitez is a good manager, he's tactically great but man management skills are yet to be desired really. Will he be able to handle the likes of Terry in the changing room? I bet most of the players there don't even like him because of the rivalry
Thinking about it though, he's comparable to Di Matteo in that sense.
If Rafa gets the job do you think he will do a knee slide in front on the Chelsea dug out?
