The remains of an Australian man who vanished while fishing with friends have been found inside a crocodile.
Kevin Darmody, 65, was last seen at Kennedy's Bend - a well-known saltwater crocodile habitat in a remote part of northern Queensland - on Saturday.
After a two-day search of the area, police euthanised two large crocodiles and found human body parts.
Police said it was a "tragic ending" for Mr Darmody. A formal identification process will be carried out.
Mr Darmody was an experienced fisherman and a well-known member of the community in Cape York.
The two crocodiles, which measured 4.1m (13.4 ft) and 2.8m in length, were shot dead on Monday about 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from where he was last seen.
Human remains were found inside only one of the reptiles, but wildlife officers believe both were involved in the incident.
Actor Stephen Tompkinson caused significant traumatic brain injuries to a man he punched outside his home, a court has heard.
The 57-year-old, known for his role in ITV crime drama DCI Banks, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on Karl Poole on 30 May 2021.
Newcastle Crown Court heard he punched Mr Poole to the ground, causing him to bang his head and fracture his skull.
Mr Tompkinson, who lives in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside, denies the charge.
The prosecution told Newcastle Crown Court the actor had called the police before approaching two drunk men.
The pair had been making noise outside the house the actor shared with his partner and her child, the court heard.
Mr Tompkinson, who was born in Stockton-on-Tees, said he had acted in self-defence and only pushed Mr Poole.
The trial, which is expected to last four days, continues.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is an action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for the GameCube. An installment in The Legend of Zelda series, it was released in Japan in December 2002, in North America in March 2003, and in Europe in May 2003.
The game is set on a group of islands in a vast sea, a departure for the series. The player controls series protagonist Link as he attempts to save his sister from the sorcerer Ganon and becomes embroiled in a struggle for the Triforce, a sacred wish-granting relic. Aided by allies including pirate captain Tetra – an incarnation of Princess Zelda – and a talking boat named the King of Red Lions, Link sails the ocean, explores islands, and traverses dungeons to acquire the power necessary to defeat Ganon. Wind, which facilitates sailing, plays a prominent role and can be controlled with a magic conductor's baton called the Wind Waker.
The Wind Waker was directed by Eiji Aonuma and produced by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. Development began in 2000. It retains the basic 3D gameplay of its predecessors, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, but the team chose to avoid the realistic graphics of previous games. Instead, they implemented a distinctive cartoon-like art style created through cel shading.
At its release, The Wind Waker received critical acclaim for its visuals, gameplay, level design, music, and story. The art direction proved divisive among players and contributed to comparatively weak sales; the game sold 4.6 million copies, far below the 7.6 million sold by Ocarina of Time. As a result, Nintendo changed directions with the next major Zelda installment, the more realistically styled Twilight Princess. However, The Wind Waker's reputation improved over time and it is now widely considered one of the greatest video games ever made. The Wind Waker popularized the "Toon Link" character, and received two direct sequels for the Nintendo DS, Phantom Hourglass (2007) and Spirit Tracks (2009). A high-definition remaster, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, was released for the Wii U in September 2013.

To promote the release, Nintendo offered a bonus disc as a pre-order incentive which included a GameCube port of Ocarina of Time as well as its previously unreleased expansion, Ura Zelda. Ura Zelda, largely an adaptation of Ocarina of Time with some changes, including new dungeon challenges, had been developed for the Nintendo 64's 64DD peripheral, but was shelved when that system failed. Ura Zelda was named Ocarina of Time Master Quest in North America and Europe. Ocarina of Time/Master Quest discs became popular items in their own right in North America, with some customers making and then cancelling preorders to get them. To avoid this issue in Europe, Nintendo released the item only in two-disc packages with The Wind Waker.
Southend United have again been served a winding-up petition by HM Revenue & Customs.
The financially-troubled National League club had settled a £1.4m debt owed to the tax department two months before the latest petition was filed.
The club is now due to appear in the High Court on 17 May.
Southend, whose season ended with backroom staff going unpaid for the past two months, were put up for sale on 17 March.
Southend United said they would not comment when contacted by BBC Sport about the latest winding-up petition.
They have been summoned to court for similar financial reasons numerous times over the past 15 years, with the latest petition dismissed on 1 March.
Earlier in the week Southend head coach Kevin Maher said he needed clarity about the club's future before he could look to improve his squad.
The Shrimpers finished one place and two points outside the National League play-off spots.
Glen William Bell Jr. (September 3, 1923 – January 16, 2010) was an American entrepreneur who founded the Taco Bell chain of restaurants.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a cook during World War II. After the Marines, he started his first hot dog stand 'Bell's Drive-In', in San Bernardino in 1948. In 1952, he sold the hot dog stand and built a second location selling hot dogs and hamburgers. He soon started selling tacos at a taco stand named Taco-Tia at 19 cents each from a side window. Between 1954 and 1955, he opened three Taco Tias in the San Bernardino area, eventually selling those restaurants and opening four El Tacos with a partner in the Long Beach area. He partnered with John Galardi, originally hired as a part time worker and then a manager. Galardi later founded the Wienerschnitzel hot dog chain.
Glen Bell learned how to make tacos from the Mitla Café in San Bernardino.
In 1962, he went solo and sold the El Tacos to his partner and opened his first Taco Bell in Downey, California. Bell franchised his restaurant in 1964. His company grew rapidly, and the 868-restaurant chain was later sold to PepsiCo in 1978 for $125 million in stock.

Taylor Swift and Matty Healy are set to go public with their romance with an on stage appearance, it's been reported.
The pop star and the 1975 frontman's relationship was revealed this week, just weeks after her split from boyfriend of six years Joe Alwin was announced.
However, the smitten pair are said to be excited to 'go public with their love', with Matty, 34, allegedly set to join Taylor, 33, on stage as a special guest during her show in Nashville on Thursday night.
According to The Sun, Matty will perform two of Taylor's tracks, following in her footsteps when she sang two 1975 numbers at their London gig in February.
Napoli won their first Serie A title for 33 years as they drew with Udinese at Dacia Arena to spark jubilant celebrations back in Naples.
They last won the league in 1990 with a Diego Maradona-inspired side adding to their first title three years earlier.
Victor Osimhen smashed in a 52nd-minute equaliser after Sandi Lovric had given Udinese a shock lead.
And Napoli held on to the point they needed to win their third Serie A title with five games to spare.
"Seeing Neapolitans happy is enough to give you a sense of that joy they are feeling," Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti told DAZN.
"These people will look to this moment when life gets hard, they have every right to celebrate like this.
"You feel a bit more relaxed knowing that you've given them this moment of happiness."
Napoli's previous two titles came in the days of Argentina legend Maradona - who their stadium is now named after - in 1987 and 1990.
Following those glory days the club fell into financial decline, relegation and bankruptcy; playing in Serie C as recently as 2006.
They have won the Coppa Italia three times in the past 11 seasons but it is the Scudetto the Napoli fans craved.
They now have a new cast of superstars, with Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen scoring 21 goals in 26 league games and Georgia winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia contributing 12 goals and 10 assists.
At 64 boss Luciano Spalletti, who twice won the Coppa Italia with Roma, becomes the oldest manager to win Serie A.
His team had the chance to lift the title with six games to spare last weekend but could only draw with local rivals Salernitana.
But with a 16-point advantage over second-placed Lazio their third Serie A title is now confirmed.

The Dyer-Edwardes disembarked at Cherbourg, while Lucy continued to New York. Thomas would later mark the rescue of his only daughter by purchasing a lifeboat for the town of Fraserburgh, Scotland. The lifeboat was named Lady Rothes.
In 1889 he became a Justice of the Peace and in 1895 was appointed High Sheriff of Gloucestershire.
Thomas was closely associated with the church and in 1892 became patron of Cranham benefice; over a 16 month period he oversaw the restoration of the crumbling parish church; in 1915 endowed the church with a new altar-screen.
Later in life he converted to catholicism and it was his wish that Prinknash be given to the order of Benedictine monks who still occupy the estate.
In January 1926 he attended a private audience with Pope Pius XI at the Vatican. A few weeks later, on 10 February, he died suddenly from Heart Failure while at Naples. His funeral took place at Prinknash Park Private Chapel and he was interred in the chancel there. He left an estate valued at £165,848
