I f he can sort out the home performances, get us playing decent football consistently and get us about 65pts (it doesn't matter if that is good enough for 4th or not) then I'll be quite happy to say my doubts about him were unfounded

is that Harry talking to Rosie
then I'll be quite happy to say my doubts about him were unfounded
man in fairness thats not necessary is it, everyone had doubts about him apart from a few who just blindly said they'd got total confidence in him. Truth of the matter is that no one knew how he'd turn out and still dont to an extent. Anything could happen still.

In fact, you're gonna have to work very hard to stay alive, Harry. Now, do you understand everything I've just said? 'Cause if you don't, I'll kill ya! Now, Mr Bubble and Squeak, you may enlighten me.

Rated him the start. Unforfunately, most Spurs fans didn't even give the bloke a chance, and still don't rate him.
He got 2 players in of his choice, mising out of other targets to play in his system. We seem to be playing better each game and as the confidence builds around WHL, these resutls and perfromances will continue.

Im liking him less and less tbh. Starts off as an ill-advised gamble who split the decisions of the Spurs fans. He came in with an attempt to try and see what out best team is, try new things of which it didnt pay off frequently. Now the team is settled and looking good for a change.
Not for me.
You all know i have been very critical of AVB, and i still stick by my judgement that he will not make the grade at Spurs.
Yes, results have picked up. And yes, you have to give credit for wins, as you have to discredit for losses (ist a shame others are unwilling to do both ).
However, we could easily have been on the losing side on Saturday. We might have had more possession but Fulham were far more dangerous in the final 3rd than we were, until the last 20 mins or so.
If it hadn't been for Lloris, and a couple of terrible misses from Fulham, we could have been 2-0 down by HT easy.
Its all well & good praising the team after "should-be" wins at West Ham, a fortunate result against Liverpool, along with another "should-be" win against Fulham, its the fact we have either yet to play, or we have not beaten by 6 teams out of the top 9 (taking ourselves out of this list obviously) that concerns me.
Lets be happy after 3 wins on the bounce, but lets not start getting carried away AGAIN.

Did any of you guys read an article about AVB which talked about his upbringing and how he got in to management? It was pretty big and really interesting
