Bring back J.O.C...as Coach ..

Ok....DRY has lost it. Send him off with DJ on the 'lost plot bus'

Put him in Bothroyds place....at least he'll try and give 100%, shame for him that there wasnt any talent to go with his hard work rate and endevour.

Despite the fact we pulled him to pieces (myself included in that) due to his lack of ability and talent, i'll always hold him in high regard for trying and giving his all and that what every fan wants to see in a player...but like I said, shame that there wasnt any talent and to be honest Laws, Irvine and Meggy shouldnt have played him as often as they did, wasnt fair on him and wasnt fair on us either as it as like playing with 10 men. Hope he's doing well in Florida though as it may be his level

Shocking stat regarding JOC, he has scored nearly as many career goals as Sidibe!!!

41 to Sids 46 thats how BAD the signing of Sid is

BREAKIING NEWS!!!

Beevers WILL sign permanantly with Millwall with a fee reported to be around 750k, I can only hope that DJ will use that to buy a DECENT striker who CAN score at this level...if he is still around come Jan that is...if he is he'll probably use that to sign Bothroyd AND Sid permanantly

posted on 6/12/12

750k is a fair price I guess. If MM matches it and gives DJ 1.5m in January to sign a striker, who knows

posted on 6/12/12

I bet he'd spend that much on those two as well, along with another mediocre 30 something defender with a dodgy knee

Nothing would suprise me!!

If Mandy did match 750k then I would have a cheeky bid for someone like Simeon Jackson or Marvin Sordell or sumat??? We do need a nippy striker to run onto balls and beat the last man for pace...just a thought!!

Dave Jones and £1.5 million to pi 55 up a wall in January. Can't see it happening myself.

If it did happen I'd not return to Hillsborough until DJ had gone, regardless. The man is inept beyond belief.

Here here Shibs.

My concern is that who there out there, and available, that can improve things? The list isnt great, theres Curbishly who I rate but he has been out the game for a good 3-4 years and the game has moved on a lot. Dont know people will disagree but I would give DJ the chop (if we lose to the Brizzies), appoint Bullen as caretaker, give him 3-4 games and if he does well give him a deal till the end of the season and if we continue to win games then given him an improved contract, im sure that he would do well for us and has the club at heart and couldnt take no carp either!

Regardless of whether be win on sat or not DJ should be sacked anyway.

We need to stop looking at the unemployment line if we are seriously thinking of a return to the big league any time soon we need to go and get the manager required.

Sack the idiot and get Di Canio! The attendance increases for a Wednesday lead by that nutter will pay for DJ's lay off

I would go with that Polite but i don't think MM & Di Canio would get along two very strong personalitites.

posted on 7/12/12

Why would Di Canio come? He doesn't have any particular love for us, does he? Anyway, he's a dic khead and we don't need him at Wednesday.

At least if we had J.O.C..back as Coach..

..then shouting ' JOC out ' six times on the trot, would sound like that yer vomiting

Would steer clear of Di canio, I'd like a manager who doesn't think he's bigger than the club

How about Kenny Jackett always seems to do a good job (given time) I'd like to think he is a realistic option too, he could always bring Beevers back as well

posted on 7/12/12

I agree Izzy, but unfortunately hes a di ck head that gets results and a team to play like crazy for him.

Why would he come to wednesday??? Hes the manager of Swindon Town ffs! No disrespect, but I think any manager who is the manager of Swindon town would jump at the chance to manager Wednesday.

Im so bored of old, play like they did in the 70's managers. I want a young, energetic manager who knows the game as its played now and for me Di canio fits the bill.

And dont you dare say "hes not proven at this level". Most overused, ridiculous statement in football

posted on 7/12/12

But he's not proven at this level!!?

He's not proven at this level and he is mad.

There ya go Poite.

It's the mad bit that puts me off rather than the totally unproven at this level bit. Add to that the volatile relationship with players bit together with the fascist bit and the fact that most people don't want to see that incredible sulk back at Hillsborough bit, makes him totally unsuitable...

...he'll be manager by Monday...
