So you're trying to tell me that the LLDC & it's accountants have told you that West Ham will be rich even though they cant sell tickets.
Dramatic, the fantasist dreamer.
I'm not telling you what I think.
I'm telling you what the LLDC, it's accountants and hugely knowledgeable team of sporting experts think.
They are so convinced that a move will lead to a big money sale to rich investors they want to contract in a cut of it.
Why not tell us why you think you are right and these experts are wrong?
Or follow your usual style and just post a silly smiley.
So the LLDC or it's accountants haven't told you any such thing?
Only you would see a clause that the LLDC want to put in, that see see West Ham worse off, as a poistive towards West Ham.
They're saying they're going to take finances away from you - and you're using it in your favour.
Peeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrriceless!!
Chicken, the biggest deluded muppet who thought signing a 5-year contract does mean that the player would stay for 5 more years at his tin pot club..
hahah maf your team arsenal got knocked out by bradford
Chicken
You have now proved you have absolutely zero understanding of finance. The LLDC plan to take a percentage of profit from any future sale by the two David's will not see West Ham "worse off".
The money would come from thier profit after selling, not out of the club.
...Dramatic, you do make me crack up.
As i say, only an idiot would think that by the LLDC taking money from all the catering (for example), profit from any sale, & other bits & pieces can benefit West Ham.
They're taking money from you & you think its a good thing.
LLDC....Here West Ham...
Only idiots think a good and fit player would stay his entire career at tin pot lane.. here..catch the s.pud..
Oh look changing the subject again.
You responded to my remarks in reference to the LLDC wanting a cut of any resale profit and how that would indicate they are of the informed opinion there will be a big money sale.
That takes no money from the club, just the (as they would then be) the ex owners.

Who's changing the subject?
Just because a company want a cut of any profits doesn't indicate how much a company will be worth.
Dont forget, a percentage of nothing...........is nothing.
True, but the LLDC expert team think there will be a profitable sale.
Why do you believe you know better?
Where have the LLDC ever said that if/when West Ham fail to sell enough tickets to fill half of the OS & continue to be a Yoyo Club, that there will be a profitable sale?
As you say yourself, the LLDC are not stupid, even on the offchance they can get half the profit of the sale of anything, knowing that the "tenant" will have to agree to hand it over regardless, they are going to do it, aren't they?
LLDC.....here West Ham .

Maf,
Dont all players retire at some stage because they are no longer fit to play at this level, though?
5 years contract = £35m for Spurs.
