If they sell it as purchasable product on the site then possibly yes..Though 90% of sites with ads are not businesses....Say a personal blog for example.

Within reason, though it is very rare for sites to be closed down. You can report a site hosting such views but I would suspect the first port of call would be notify the owners/operators and request the content is taken down in a timely manner. If such request are ignored then in theory it can be reported...You just need to look at youtube comments to see how ineffectual such reporting often is.

The poster, I suspect, is indeed from 12 yards and has in fact just been banned from there for threatening to report another poster to the police for posting jokes which he considered to be racist.
As a result of the personal remarks and in-fighting going on over on 12 yards I have just "resigned" from there. I have now logged in here to find the same person spreading his poison here.

Not getting involved with cross site conflicts...Needless we have little interest in drama. Can only speak from our own site...If something is racist and drawn to our attention and we agree then we delete the content in what we regard as a timely manner(though 24-48hrs can be the norm)... If we disagree as has happend and there are legal threats made to the site, our policy is to discontinue membership from the account making the legal threats. Most of our dealings with police on the rare ocassions that it happens are always constructive.
I hereby threaten thy Admin of legal proceedings against JA606 on the grounds of you not employing a stereotypical secretary and posting daily pictures of her, getting pens off the floor and files off the top shelf etc.

Sorry you’ve had a very well run site dragged into this stupidity.
Toor, we have terminated accounts for disrupting our pint. As a unpleasant pint would cause is to resent the site, which isn't the interest of us our the site.
I would imagine from our own dealings and phonecalls with Southern who seems a decent chap. He would have little desire to hosts racist content on his site and once such content was drawn to his attention would be removed within a day or two.
