Got all 3 WhiteCar, you can't really complete Hearthfire. Just buy and decorate houses, and adopt children.
Dawnguard is better than Dragonborn, but neither really add anything to the game to be honest. Only worth getting if you're a proper TES-head like me.
Also, I'll just add that I'm still doing the side quests from Dragonborn, so it's probably taken about 15-20 hours of my time.
Oh, and some of the armour from Dragonborn is pretty cool.
Hmmmm so best I just complete the game, or play at least 60 hours before I decided to get any DLC?
Decorating houses and adpoting kids sounds boring....will pass on that.
Skyrim is such a good game. Would highly recommend it.
Is the houses thing as good as building houses as ultima online was?
ultima online was so fun.... Back in the day
Got bored of it after 2 weeks, too repetitive.

What the fack you guys playing??
It's called Architecture 101 with Jimmy Saville
id Wait for the GOTY Edition .I bought Skyrim on release & I still haven't gotten around to finishing it The game while good gets repetitive fairly quick
I jump in and out of Skyrim every now and then.
I'm on my second playthrough. The first time I played I was a sneak archer and enjoyed that but really just went mission to mission and after a while started quick travelling everywhere.
The playthrough I'm on now I'm a mage but have taken the time to do so much more with the game including enchanting and smithing and I rarely quick travel now so getting far more from the game. I love the fact that I'm still stumbling over new quests on my second playthrough and it still feels fresh.
It's a cracking game.
The best way to play Skyrim is on a fairly powerful PC cause the game looks amazing when running some of the Graphics mods for it
im a Imperial named Skorpius as I prefer sword fights over Magic skills.

I'm guessing 'no'. It's pretty linear. You pick what rooms you want, and you can decorate them with a certain amount of furniture and displays, etc.
Toxteth - To get to a decent level you'll need to use magic to gain those few extra levels. Especially Restoration, Alteration and Illusion. Destruction can be really useful too. Having a spell which does 75pts of damage in one hand, and a one-handed weapon which does 100+ pts of damage in the other is pretty immense.
Dual Legendary Glass daggers + Cicero gloves + Backstabber perk = 3000 damage in 1 hit
Weapons are only useful as long as you can level up in them. Once you his 100 in a skill type then the weapons are useless. From that point on you're just wasting levelling up chances.
Yeah in my current play I've hit 100 destruction so now using single handed weapons more and more - although on the harder bosses I've found that using staffs can be quite effective.
On the harder bosses I just sneak up behind them and 1hko them
i'm trying to get my character's smithing maxed out, takes for bleedin' ever
even with all the recommended perks for levelling up i still need to craft over 20 daggers to go up 1 level
is Dawnguard worth downloading? we downloaded the expansion pack allowing you to build your own house and adopt children
Just commit an hour to solely smithing iron daggers
Donuts, i tried doing that and gave up after about 10 minute
started a new file fairly after i downloaded the expansion pack, got a pretty well rounded character actually, did the Companions almost immediately, just done the Thieves Guild and am about to do Dark Brtherhood
Some of the sneak perks are ridiculous, remember my brother got his character 100 in sneak and archery along with all the perks iin each trait, he was able to 2 hit KO centurions
I can 1HKO them
I love sneak its great, slow at first but when you get it high enough you can crouch right in front of someone without them noticing you
my character's mainly a brute (although i have been levelling up sneak), and with maxed out 2 handed and almost maxed out heavy armour, Centurions still r ap e me each time
some of the pickpocketing perks are hilarious, when you max that out you can steal equipped itms, including clothes and weapons. remember for a laugh my brother went and stole the clothes and weapons from every guard in th City
was hilarious, you commit a crime and you're chased around by half naked guards who can only punch you
Don't like 2 handed, feels so slow compared to dual 1 handed daggers but I'm trying to get it to 100 at the moment
I tried to be a brute at first but it didn't seem too powerful at the time
remember on my first file i just went for the boring sword and shield combo, wanted to try something a bit different this time. 2 handed's okay, just a bit slow. you hit a ton though
remember the trickiest game i tried was as a pure mage right from the start, i was focusing on Conjuration and Destruction
ironic thing about skyrim is that as regards the main questline i've never even gone to see the Greybeards on the top of the mountain
I tried to do destruction but I found myself switching back to a weapon every 2 seconds because I ran out of mana
I went for that Daedric mace and a Dwarven Shield and it was okay but no where near as quick at taking things out compared to me now
you can't really do a mage character without buying a set of expert robes and adept hood from one of the guys at the mage's guild. problem is that'll set you back about 7 grand
problem there is you won't have that sort of money in the early game unless you spam Thieves Guild miniquests
