Yes, very. Well, depends on your tastes, but I enjoyed it.
Great game. one of the few series left in its category although dead space 3 is going coop mode which will most likely ruin everything that made dead space 1 And 2 so good

It'll go the way of resident evil and it'll be an all out action game in a few years.
