I think that was the worst I have ever seen Liverpool play. I cannot believe how we lacked fight, passion, determination etc. To think they are what we say are British qualities and we supposedly buy only British players, that's poor.

Is Sturridge a player like Suarez, an inside forward rather than a striker? Surely your team needs a poacher.

For me, that's our worst performance yet. We knew what was coming and failed to handle it. Terrible.

I have been very critical of the british policy and still am. For the price of what you get you would expect some fight but nope. Zilch.

No more British dross is the only way we will go forward, England are not even that goodf technically and physically...

So why keep buying English players?

Seen us play a lot poorer than that....remember Burnley in the cup? Or how about Southampton away both under Rafa btw.

It was pizz poor but it's BR first season and he hasn't yet got his players in. LFC couldn't handle the high ball at all and that's a bit worrying really.
