it's a project be patient give him time or something like that.
I will keep supporting the manager but today has been wrong tactics, wrong players, wrong attitude. Disappointment especially the way we went 3 down today. 3 mistakes from our CB's. Can we get a CB that isn't pushed about!??

The board are the ones with the "vision" sadly their vision is clueless and does not work...
I dont think he is a great manager but the best british manager.
Great managers make great teams.
I have said he doing alright with your ex managers fantastic buys.
We see if he can take you forward with any of his buys.
unfortunately we've been a victim of circumstance today. when you play against stoke its important that you shut the home fans up. the first goal would have done that but then they scored in reply quickly getting the fans into the game. from that moment on, it would be difficult for any side to win.
Im losing confidence in this guy.
He talks the talk but def cannot walk the walk.
So so disappointed with this shower of a team performance. How has he improved us?
we have a clueless manager who was appointed by awfull owners because they got turned down by every decent manager they approached .some didn,t even talk to them, after my last game against villa i decided i wasn,t prepared to waste anymore of my money while this clown was in charge.
I have very little/no faith in this club getting back to anywhere near where it was in terms of winning things on a regular basis, I actually can not ever see us getting to the level Rafa had us at to be honest...
Undone today by a guy from N Ireland and a bluenose
can't you people see where this team is going!? we've been excellent in recent months. this is just a minor blip in what was always going to be a difficult game.
We are sh!!t to watch. We are a mid table club now and unless we do a man city and buy world class players, we'll stay there for a gd few seasons to come
Man u would have won that 4-3
seriously!!! i can't believe what i'm reading. where were you lot last week when we were smashing fulham 4-0? stoke is difficult for everyone and probably more so for us given the fact they play anti-football. unfortunately we just got out muscled today. i was expecting that if i'm honest. if we don't win the next two games then ok, you might have some reason to criticise rodgers. but not yet.
How annoying is it listening to our fans these days?
Every time we win, a top 4 finish is on the cards, every time we lose, we're a disgrace and our manager isn't up to it.
Philo ignore these lot. They're knee jerk fans.
Can't believe what I'm reading
So Brendan is now clueless.
Did anyone really expect us to go there and win when not only are there unbeaten at home in 16 odd games, they've only conceded 4 goals all season at home. Too many people have false expectations and still think we can just turn up and win
* that should have read win by simply turning up
philo, stoke played some good stuff today, played liverpool off the park and pressured everything, won most of the second balls and thoroughly deserved the win. br just didnt have any idea how to combat it.
br just didnt have any idea how to combat it.
---------------
To be fair it's not just BR who doesn't know how to combat it. They're unbeaten in last 16 games at home. Arsenal, City, Everton have only managed draws there, Newcastle lost, they've held Spurs at WHL and held us at Anfield. They have a good record against last years top 8.
I am a little worried about Rodgers. If we went down tonight but still tried to play a slick passing game true to his beliefs...then I might have just about accepted losing at Stoke. However, we were outfought, out-run, out-battled and on top of that...we were scared to pop it about. Very disppointed.
The airfield pair of stoke far from bwibg missed our; bossed the game...where has Lucas the destroyer gone
Dont mind losing and didnt expect a result here but we were spineless and out passed by a team whose whole footballing philosophy is to play hoofball.
Wheres this magical tika taka football?
That is what has really really fecked me off today.
