AVB matches Redknapp's 11/12 Record already

I reckon Harry is about to match his 2 points from 9 games record when he took over at Spurs. The bubble is busting over at Shepherds`s Bush. Harry is moaning, and all his easy games are now done and dusted, and QPR are still bottom, and the really big matches are looming large. Not looking good Harry.

Every interview I hear him give at qpr I remember why I mildly turned against him last season. He is a total bulshitttter. No one can deny this. It kind of funny hearing it although I don't appreciate his snide digs at levy, or him telling the world how much spurs players are on a week

Spot on Chronic..

Im so happy when i hear Harrys voice that it l no longer winds me up.
He must be allowed to bring in his own players but i think we only need a couple of signings to be a top team

team is slowly playing better and the defence is looking much stronger but it will be tough to get top 4 as it will be every yr.

AVB is the man to lead us forward and although its early days im happy that the team is going in the right direction and i just hope we dont regret the points already thrown away as we should be well clear in 3rd right now

Seeing AVB and Freunds passion is enough to get my vote, that alone is what the players need! a young fresh coaching squad

Yeah weare we have thrown away points. Although the norwich and west brom draw do not look quite as BA any more considering that both of them have proved themselves to be good teams when we thought they would be in a relegation scrap

Agree with you on redknapp but let's keep this more about avb than redknapp

I really hope things are going to fully click into place and we get to the see the best of avb and this spurs team. I get the feeling it wont take much to get the haters on his back at the lane tho.

New attacking mid and keeping the squad injury free will go a long way to keep us building.

Hopefully Levy gives him some extra funds in Jan to strengthen, he hasn't changed the squad a whole lot, but we have replaced the two most important players in Luka and Ledley

Most of my comments were about AVB

I'd like to see us sign a midfielder (ideally a wide right or Cm) and a striker, in the defence we are set, we are very strong there

Will it be 'shrewd decision for the club' if you finish 5th or 6th come the end of the season? I'd wait till then

Arry took that job because no one else wanted him, we're gonna be and always will be the biggest club he's ever going to manage

Stop being so touchy WeAre, it was genuine question you fool. I was just asking after finishing in the top 4 two years out of 3, if you find yourselves in 5th or 6th place at this season will it really be a shrewd decision? Seeing as you've done worse

At the start of the season I though fifth would be a reasonable finish given the massive transition. So even if we got 5th and signs of progress were there, along with at least one good cup run (preferably Europa) then I think that is a good season for avbs first.

I don't think he blew it as such, Chelsea defending thier way to the Champions League was the killer

BUT, I'm still on the AVB train and I'm not getting off

Don mata. Last year we finished 4th and were in the Europa league anyway!

Agree, when AVB came in I thought a good cup run and 5th/6th is a realistic target, but seeing how well we play when Dembele, Bale, Vertongen are in the side I can see us pushing for 4th again!

We have to,

But Chronic Chelsea are also in transition and Arsenal are at there worst for years. Fair enough if you'll still see it as shrewd though. Would have thought top 4 should be the minimum aim

Chelsea, United and City top 3 (in no order)

Us, Everton and Arsenal for 4th

I'm gonna say Everton might nip it imo!
