Jeremy Kyle style DNA tests, to determine whether the referee is indeed a barsteward, is another proposal.
I guess it’s because they couldn’t charge him for something as pathetic as that and in the meantime let Fergie off for berating the officials

Coz he blamed Suarez and now Luis is in trouble for it.
There would have been uproar considering what other managers have gotten away with this season.
Fergie could dress refs in orange jumpsuits and behead them on the pitch at half time without any punishment. FAKT.
Because the EPL pigged out too and to punish him would have been hypocrisy.
He put on a Fergie disguise/accent?
Because they had Christmas together and Kevin Friend had the last pig in blanket.
he said maybe
so he probably replied , when he recieved the 10 page dossier from the fa that -
he has decided that maybe he didnt have to much to eat
I guess it’s because they couldn’t charge him for something as pathetic as that and in the meantime let Fergie off for berating the officials

Yet fergie served a ban for suggesting phil dowd was unfit to ref, not thought this through too well have we??
Alan Wiley, that was.
Mind you, Phil Dowd looks like a narkier Roseanne stomping round the pitch barking "Don't suppose you've got any nachos on you, do you?" at players.
Maybe Ferguson should have a pop at him, too.
Ah yes, the old myth that SAF gets away with everything he says and is never punished.
Always wheeled out on occasions such as this

Fergie got banned for calling Wiley unfit
I fail to see how that is any different to what Mancini said
Try harder
^ I see that got covered already

I think people are referring to Fergie's recent comments, about refs, Alan Pardew & Newcastle etc which has escaped censure from The FA.

Fergie rarely blames refs. The last time was the CL game v Chelseaa couple of seasons back
He was having a go at the lino the other week after the 'offside' goal but he aint the only manager that does that and by all accounts, he wasn;t actually abusive. More demonstrative.
I don;t think I've seen Fergie go on about a ref recently

It was made perfectly clear that his comments to the officials against Newcastle were not reported and therefore the FA were not in a position to act.
I was surprised, but then again we don't actually know what was said.
Re: Pardew and Newcastle - what exactly do you think constituted an offence?
Forgive me if I think that the average football fan becomes a bit soft when it comes to these things - especially when it involves SAF.
Oh Redman
Sir Alex does not get favoured by the FA
He's been banned a couple of times in the last couple of years
Once for calling Wiley unfit, yet Mancini gets away with acusing the ref of having oo much xmas dinner.
If anything, Sir Alex is singled out more than most.
When he talked about Webb being a good ref prior to a game. He was charged (again) by the FA
It then comes to light Capello and Pulis had both done it too.
They are all warned about it. The charge was suddenly dropped and Capello and Pulix never got charged
Now that was weird
URM
So he didn't confront the ref during the Newcastke game?
After the Newcastle game where a linesman incorrectly awarded a penalty against Ferdinand last season, Ferguson had some pretty strong stuff to say about him - I think he implied that if it were up to him, he wouldn't get to officiate another game. This went completely uninvestigated. I'm not sure if he's let away with more than most, but I certainly wouldn't say he's victimized.
Either way, this isn't about Ferguson, it's about Mancini. I can't quite believe that he has gotten away with saying what he did.
