How can we prevent last season's slip up?

we didnt have rvp

we just got very complacent

RvP and Vidic will be the difference this season, also Evra, Rafael and De Gea look much stronger then they did last year.

We got complacent and SAF made a huge tactical error at the Etihad last season.

A tactical error keeping a knackered scholes on against everton too

We underestimated a Wigan team that were fighting for their lives and were generally unlucky in the points we dropped. Having RVP will also make scoring the crucial goals to win games far easier as he has that predatory instict and Ronaldo and Messi aside is probably the best striker in the world.

Everton -> Scholes -> no legs to track back -> goals-> Draw

Evra hit the post - It was a fine margin to why we lost last season. They scored by a miraculous last minute winner too. The odds of us replaying last season at from the Wigan/Everton game, with the same players etc, it would not have happened like that again.

Not taking any credit away from Manchester City winning the title. If you're sitting on top of the league at the end of 38 games, you deserve it.

You wont......lose tomorrow's game and city win and it starts again.....ok, im only kidding but I hope this happens

- It's the neutrals dream tomorrow. It's a pivotal point tomorrow. Either a 4 point lead by Sunday evening or a 10. Margin speaks for itself!

I bet utd dont trust arsenal to do em a favour do they?

posted on 12/1/13

Depends on our result. They smell blood due to our loss tomorrow, they'll obliterate Arsenal. No better way to get a team fired up and raring to go.

We win tomorrow, they'll be a few dropped heads, maybe a bit of anger, and if Arsenal can keep their concentration and hit them on the counters effectively they'll win.

We don't need to.

City's players have won the league now and seem to have lost there hunger.

Mancinis to inept to get the best out of them. He really is a rubbish manager who proved last year that you can put eleven of the best players out there and let them get on with it.

This year, he has been found out.

They won't get back into it. But they will come second.

City haven't scored away to arsenal for 7 years..

Means nothing in the grand scheme of things but an interesting stat.

but what was the problem last season
***
not substituting Scholes when we were 4-2 up against Everton at OT.

I don;t think there was any problem last season

City also slipped up just before you did. They 'threw it away' as well.

All sides hit a patch of unexpected results

You ended up on a lot of points. Unfortunately so did city.

You in my opinion have already done enough, you signed a striker that makes up for defensive frailties.
