The WC is a good point to make.
I just dont see AW leaving before his contract is up or being asked to leave, so he will be here next season IMO
the only way that would not be the case in my view is if we finish 5th or 6th and potless (as usual) he may just walk... but I just dont see it.
In all honesty, Wenger should have gone 4 years ago. Bare max, he should have gone after Cesc and Nasri left.
However all talk of Wenger going is all down to the man himself. The board will never let him go. I just hope that Wenger realises that him leaving is best for everyone, and that the club should procede his ego.

We won't win a trophy OP even if we beat Swansea.
The World Cup is a fair point to make, HOWEVER you have to wonder whether even a new manager would be given the funds to buy any player involved in it, and if not, it wouldn't be an issue.
Plus you have to wonder whether we'll still be in the Champions League come then. If not, then again the WC won't impact too much on the players a new manager would be looking to bring in.
TBOK, i think Wenger will walk away IF he realises that he cannot take us any further. I truly believe that Wenger has it in him to take a step back and assess his situation.
Wenger loves the club, no doubt. He will do what he thinks is best for Arsenal, and not himself. He's sacrificed everything for the club and will continue to do so.
Finishes outside the top 4, he should go.
The one thing he can cling on to is that "trophy", 15+ years in the top 4 is a good achievement, no one can deny this, considering that the profit/loss on transfers is far superior to other teams around us (exc Everton)

He's mentioned the contract plenty of times, but what Wenger says isn't always gospel. I still think he'll stay, no matter what, but he does have it in him to quit, if it's the best for the club.
wenger greatest achievement have not happened yet, leave him in peace to do his job.
Has there been any news on Peter Hill-Wood's state of health recently?
He needs to step down for the good of both himself and the club. Replace him with Dein and let Arsene manage the team again, (not the whole club) and we might just start to see the old Arsene again.

Wenger never ever gets a sack. He makes millions and millions for the board year after year with his "top4 finish" trophy.
Dein has too many enemies in the board for him to come back. That shipped has sailed.
Most of Dein's foes have gone now though I think, Serial.
Actually thinking about it... who is still on the Arsenal board from the days Dein was there? 'Chips', PHW..?
Dein is the yayaCanamelo of the boardroom...
the holy grail.
dont see it happening though.
I still think all talk of manager changes is all ultimately pointless unless the situation between Kroenke and Usmanov is resolved. For the sak eof the club, these two have to come to an amicable resolution. If not, whatever manager, including Wenger, will forever be firefighting.
