I have found this league fairly easy to be involved in. I am still not quite comfortable with the results system, but I guess that is something I just have to live with.

You have had a vacancy for a while so I suppose I was just thinking of a way to combine a league or two to ensure better participation.

I would rather do one league properly than two leagues less so.

No I think it's a decent idea CEF and one that should be given some consideration from all parties. I mean yeah I think at times LRF can be a right plonker, but i think deep down they's a decent fella in there to make up with people he's annoyed or fallen out with.

We could actually make it work if I'm been honest. If we had the right two people running the league though.

My only problem really with LRF when it comes to his leagues. Is he sometimes cheats and makes the results go in his favour. So that's why i'll never be comfortable running a league with him. However, I'd certainly like to run a league with him in it he adds value whether you like it or not to any league.

If you do make another league I think it should be added on to this one in some way. SG League definitely has the potential to succeed, and it'd be a shame to see all the work people have put in go to waste.

If it was a case of adding more members into this season maybe they could play each other in a week of intensive matches to catch up?? Might screw the schedule up a bit though

Just a point, without being a bit of a twit, having committed to this league mainly because of good relationship with Willy & Di from LSTD's/Welshy's league for a considerable period of time I wouldn't be comfortable having to disband a team and starting all over again.

If you want a merge, suspend this for say 1 week whilst they build teams for a 'Championship' and then have a Promotion/Relegation system.

But they a) Can't just join this league division (unless its to take over the Hammers and b) can't demand rule changes.

Also, the person who is running this league should be different to the one running that one.

Finally, I've never had a confrontation myself with LRF but thats mainly because I was AWOL in the 'argument' time, but if he want's a merge he'll have to accept he won't be 'king' league runner of this.

That's my twopenneths worth - but just to say, there's no massive need for a change to this league in my opinion just to a) Replace Mikachu and b) make sure Results are in a consistent format.

Look at Hodgey's league, the Homepage isn't always really lively but it works.

I think Lrf likes to feel in charge do if we did join his league it wouldn't be long till we have disagreements
