He is incompetent. The way the Rangers thing was dealt with in the summer was armature hour. I'm not even talking about the outcome, if it was reached in a professional manner, then fair enough, but he didn't have a fecking clue.

He can't talk for 5 minutes without contradicting himself either.

In the paper the other day he managed to in the space of one paragraph state that :-

'Green is not happy that I have to treat Rangers like any other Scottish club with no difference at all'

Then states :-

'I would not be doing my job right if I let one of the biggest 2 clubs in the country leave with all they bring to the game'.

So in other words, treat Rangers the same as everyone else when it suits, but we are too big to be allowed to move, unlike the other teams he would not hold back.

Hypocrite.

It's not all his fault but Scottish football is in chaos. The handling of the Rangers situation was a mess. The national team is in a dreadful state. Levein was a terrible appointment. He has tried to rush through league reconstruction and created another mess....

I think we should have 2 conferences in the SFL. a Celtic conference and a Rangers one.
Then the winner of each conference have a North American style 7 game play-off.
I would change it to a game every day for a week.

Did Regan not beg and plead for Rangers to be allowed to remain in the SPL?

He also wrongly stated that it would be the end of the world if they went into the SFL - don't understand the gripes TBH - revisionism is alive and well it would appear

Oh and at 1/2 time I'd roll out big cages where we could get the daftest eejits from both supports and have them do a "Last Man Standing" thing while we eat pies and laugh at them.

How about him stating that he would break the rules and reject a vote by all the SPL clubs if they voted to keep Rangers in the SPL?

If he was desperate for an outcome for Rangers to go into the SFL1 the he should have guided the teams to vote Rangers back into the SPL with a punishment of immediate relegation. For him not to even attempt this but to railroad the SFL clubs shows disrespect and stupidity.

The Magners seems a bit bitter on here.

If you think the Rangers situation was handled well, the national team situation has been handled well, reconstruction is being handled well, etc, so be it.
