Hodgey I fill in at second row but i'm a few KGs too heavy to jump so i lift instead
Sound like my mate who is 6ft 3, far too tall for a prop at our age and yet is one because he's far too heavy to be lifted.
Nice to see a few more posters on the rugby forum....SKA were you a big basher or twinkle toes?
tbh, i always preferred playing rugby, i used to love getting smashed and smashing people and you get away with more aswell, i only play sunday morning football nowadays though havent played rugby since i was 16, play central midfield now, but my ankle is fooked i reckon its got 2 maybe 3 seasons left in it, im only 24
Middle of the road, really. Loved a good tackle every now and then and not the most agile but decent enough.
Not played either sport since I broke my leg, though.
i dislocated my ankle and snapped all my ligaments when i was 12, missed about 15 months its never been the same since
Yeah Hodgey, I'm currently dropping a fair amount of weight, I'd like to see if I can get fit enough to play No.8. Failing that atleast I'll be able to jump in the lineout.
Mex, SKA - bloody injuries always ruining the fun, I've got a torn Achilles right now
Touch like Andy Carroll there
still laugh everytime i think about 35 million
Funnily enough, worst injuries I've had have come in football.
Worst I've had in Rugby was being kicked in the ear.
35 million Could've bought Blackburn Rovers FC for that money.
I watched one of my centre backs rupture his ACL just standing around during a football match with no-one within 10 metres of him....
never been injured in rugby, unless you count a bit of fighting, couple of split lips thats it, ive only ever had that one bad injury in football
that was sneaky from parisse, didnt use his arms
Last 4 rugby seasons the worst injury i've had is a torn hamstring...and that was from a Summer touch rugby match
Gotta shove them scrum halves Mex
Score? How's it going so far?
botes injured, not too bad get gori on, hes better anyway
3-0 to Scotland....been good so far. Scrum is even. The Scots have been much better at the breakdown than expected making it hard for Italy.
parisse again, bloody useless, never liked him, rubbish player
