I think so too. Tomorrow's match the championship decider?
RKW,
They could be in trouble but should beat Scotland and are Ireland's bogey team.
Really fancy us against them though, we always play well against them
Don't want to tempt fate but I can hardly remember the last time France won at Twickers. Ireland look a much better team than them so I think they will lose that one.
They are home to Scotland so they should be ok, but a poor performance in that one and it may well happen.
I would personally love it to happen, would be very amusing
I think they'll beat Scotland as well but, looking at their next two fixtures there's a strong possibility that they might still be on zero points after four games. Keep the dream alive!

Effaff. The WS is ours by right. OK.
So nervous about tomorrow...Ireland are our bogey team!!!!

Tut tut my dear old chap. How dare you refer to snot in this thread?
I'm feeling quietly confident. We look well balanced and we have won our last two matches against Ireland. We destroyed them at home last year and won comfortably at the Aviva before that.
Still have nightmares about the Grand Slam match back in 2011 though, that was very depressing.

Neo - its the 2011 GS match that I always think about.
I should have just put my article on here tbh
Thought wales deserved to win today.
Could Scotland finish 2nd ?
When was the last time france lost their first 3 games ? Has it ever happened ?
Don't think Scotland will finish second.
Ireland, England and Wales are all in the running for the championship this year. Tomorrow's result will go a long way to deciding it.
Never mind France losing their first three, they could well lose their first four. Possibility.
I'dbe really surprised if England didn't get a grand slam. They look like a very very strong side to me, and i'd go as far as saying already, that barring some sort of disaster will be very strong contenders at w.c. 2015.
If England win tomorrow I'd fancy us for the GS. Italy and France should be wins but Wales away is always tricky. Even though they deserved to win today they were still very average. It depends if they find some form before playing us.
Not sure on a Slam this year. Think Ireland will win tomorrow but even if England were to win, Wales away will be tricky as you said Sporty.
It's certainly shaping up to be an interesting championship.
Knowing Ireland, we will win tomorrow, and then be the only team to lose to the French!!!! (as always!)
Seriously, I think it will be tough for either England or Ireland to do the GS, and I can see maybe 3 teams in a tie for first with it going to points difference. It is difficult to believe that the French could finish bottom, but it's a real possibility.

Scotland will defy the lot of yeez and be champs.
Nurse! Another large single malt por favor.
theresgonnabeashow,
Every year people always say Scotland will improve and be more competitive and they never are. Whilst they may or may not have improved as a team there are definitely signs of some talented players coming through, particularly in the backs and back row. Maybe they really are improving this time, I hope so as a strong Scotland would be good for the sport.
Kinsang, that's exactly what i think will happen, we'll lose to Ireland, then Ireland will lose to France (somehow!)
England 5w
wales 3w
Scotland 3w
Ireland 2w
Italy 1w
france 1w

We really never expect to do a lot when we have less than 10% of your player pool. I'm happy if we I can share a pint with my English neighbours (I live down south) without being embarrassed.
If we punch above our weight, we might get a few guys on the plane. Big Richie should be a given and I was pleased to see Broon on the blind side after half an hour today. I reckon he's as good a 6 as there is in the 6N. Nice to see some backs put their hands up for a seat. I'd take Hogg for starters, and Visser must be in the reckoning. After that, I'm not so sure. Maybe Laidlaw, but he's got heaps of competition.
I'm delighted with the way we plated today. We have been so bad for over 15 years. We now have some exciting and entertaining youngsters coming through! i'm sure there will be some more bad days to come but their will be better days as well. Come one Ireland. You can do it tomorrow. Shoulder to shoulder
theresgonnabeashow,
Indeed - i think there'll be a few of your boys going to Aus. Ritchies been taking some criticism lately but I'm a big fan. Hogg and Visser have a great chance as do Denton and maybe Beatie if he continues this form.
There's a few others too which kind of backs up my earlier point about more quality players coming through than usual.
