Rangers are the same club. FACT

Celtic are less successful than a team in the 4th Tier, suck it up.

In the eyes of many fans its not the same team thats the main thing

Boring! mate you really need to give up.

Even the decent Celtic supporters on here must be sick and tired of this keech!

Even the SPL statement yesterday confirmed Rangers are the same club, run by a new company (newco).

So many Celtic fans keep going on about us yet claim we're a different club from their former rivals.

Actually doesnt matter a jot. Only the truth matters. The truth is that we have kept our history.

The truth is what matters and every single authority recognises Rangers have kept their history.

Plenty of folk believe the earth is only a few thousand years old, no matter what the experts all tell them.

Anyone that thinks Rangers are a New Club are as stupid as the flat earth believers.

No they are not fact

Even the SPL statement yesterday confirmed Rangers are the same club

6 players were registered to an spl club, when that club was dissolved they became free agents. If green owned the right to RFC the club then the SFA could not allow the players registered with them to leave without punishment.

Every rangers player has been re-registered with the SFA under a different Club, much the same way as the ones that left have registered with another club.

So why comment?

No need to answer we all know its because you are raging that we are still more successful than you.

You can have your own opinion but you can't have your own facts.

Lee McCulloch has a legal length of service greater than a year which would be impossible if his old business did not exist. He transferred with yhe ecconomic entity which is the club.

What part of that fact do you dispute?

Anyway back to the question in hand

The only thing this new club has to offer any less of, to the SPL is HISTORY!

posted on 1/2/13

Rangers have the same SFA membership the club has always had, for around 140 years. Only the company running the club is new.

The more some Celtic fans keep going on about us, the more they prove we're the same club as before.

Littlebit,

Why cant you answer my question?

Why did they need to reapply for SFA membership, sorry but that Govan Blue was not hibernating it was as dead as a Norwegian Blue in a monty pyton pet shop.

==============================

Because you have to apply to have it switched between legal entities.

Celtic had theirs moved in 1994, does that mean Celtic are a new club?

Now answer my question.

How does McCulloch legally have a LOS greater than the age of the company. This can only happen when there is a continuation of the economic entity (the club). So how has he managed it without the club continuing as it would be a legal first!
