Most of what we bought in in the summer was covered by what we sold, though. And don't talk gubbins about SOD bringing in more than BD. He bought in loads of players when he first came.
I do think that Fawaz had an eye on the FFP when cancelling the Boyd deal. Just an opinion!
I think we have roughly spent 3 million in transfer fees?
Harding - 500k
Guediora - 1m
Cox - 1.8(ish)m
Henderson - Free
Gillet - Free
Lansbury - 1m
Collins - 500k
Halford - 1m
We only sold Gunter for 2.3 million, so we have spent at least 3million plus the wages and loan fees, I bet we have spent well over 5 million
All the fees are reported or from what I can remember reading so not quite sure if they are all spot on.
Plus our wage bill will be much higher than last seasons with the likes of Collins, Sharp and Cox coming in
We didn't get Henderson for free, we paid a small fee.
Yeah wasn't too sure Caniggia, but we have definitely spent more than we have brought in.
All our players were let go on free transfers except for Gunter and Freeman I think.
What we want is a an owner who will give a manager a guarenteed fixed budget and tell him to get on with it. We don't want an owner who promises money and does not deliver or a manager that has constnalty got the beggiing bowl out.
They will turn your Ground into a mosque before you know it!!
Do you honestly think that Forest paid transfer fees up front?
Not a chance. The ACU* is not a unit of currency, you know.

Only one thing worse than a racist and that's someone who thinks racism is funny.
Wow. That was really racist. Thought better of them.
How can I be a racist when I'm a Muslim anyway??!!
Being a muslim isn't a race Wagbo
How can you write a sentence when you're clinically braindead?
Goach, the players you have mentioned along with the fees are £5.8 million alone (at net spend of £3.5 million) not forgetting that all of these players were either on (albeit on the lower end of the scale) Premiership wages or Championship wages. With loan fees and wages for all of the others will probably send our spending over since July well past the spending Billy did in his two years.
I would also bet that Dex, Raddy, Cohen etc who have been tied in to the club will have been on as good or better terms than they were already on.
