I live in the midlands (unfortunately), and every Utd supporter I know actually goes to games, unlike the Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea ect fans I know.
To be honest I only know of a few Utd fans in my area yet know a lot of football fans. Most tend to support Wolves, Baggies, Villa, Arsenal and Liverpool.
But thank you for the backhanded compliment
Bubbles finally a sane comment
im from the midlands aswell, i go to as many games as i can, made it to 7 so far this year
You must be in or near Brum then Busby? I live in north Leicestershire now and it is Leicester, Forest and United shirts all the way!
Outskirts of Wolverhampton Melton. To be fair lots of people here support midland clubs, I only have one or two friends who support Man Utd, plus members of my family.

And one City one?
Whenever I'm in the midlands I see a huge Arsenal fan base
Yeah, I lived near there for a bit as well. West midlands, you tend to get a few local supporters as there are so many teams round there. It's only when you get out in the sticks that you see the United and Arsenal shirts really
Arab
where have you been in the midlands, ive lived here for 24 years and seen about 8 arsenal shirts in all my time
"And one City one?"
I'm past wearing replica shirts VC! I did look at the website the other day to see if there were any registered fans near me and apparently there are 4 living in Melton. Never met them though!
I came up to Birmingham last year to visit Birmingham City Uni and I saw about 20-30 people in the town centre with Arsenal shirts
Most of them were Asian, god Birmingham is a shít hole. And that accent, facck
ahh west midlands then, i barely see any in derby or nottingham
I know quite a few arsenal fans from my collage days actually, strangely they are all Asian from what I remember.
I think there are still quite a lot floating about from the Henry days, possibly depends on your age, I even meet the occasional Blackburn fan.
Birmingham is full of Gooners. The city centre of brum in the nice, the rest not so. Sooner I et out if this dive the better.
Where are you from then Mexican? I used to work in Nottingham.
ilkeston right in the middle of derby and notts
I know it well, there was a few people from there where I worked. Tended to be a mix of derby and forest fans though. Couple of United, but not many.
yeah its mostly forest and derby, but united is definitely the 3rd most supported team around here
People say London is filled with Asians and hardly any English people, they should check out Birmingham. I hardly saw any English people there, just Asians with that horrid brummie accent
Since Wenger's era, Arsenal have actually built a big fanbase in Birmingham.
in ilkeston there's hardly any asian or black people, up until about 20 years ago it was still a big national front area
you can be Asian and English
I don't know if Stoke/Staffordshire is considered the midlands, but I heard they've got a big BNP following there
