I hate Hearts more than Rangers BTG

scotscelt - I guess the fact there's no big team in Ireland would be a problem too.

It must really be painful for the clubs and IFA to watch all these football fans get on the ferry's to Scotland and England each week rather than go to watch their own clubs. The Irish league would maybe have a few better clubs if that drain didn't happen.

BTG - you make a very good point there. I don't want Hearts or anyone else to go bust.

That's avoiding the question Charlie

Hate is such a negative emotion as well, do you really hate them?

If you break the rules, you get f..ked out - no matter which team you are.
Go ask Airdrie and Livingston ya plumb, and take yer paranoia with you.

Should be the end off what you said above unfortunately Rangers care package has created a precident. To see how strong a precident can be clasped onto see the refferences of late as to because Morton once jumped the queue as reson a stupid idea should happen again.
On this theory no league club will ever go lower than the 3rd division

BTG, I would imagine that you find it unacceptable for Celtic fans to wish for Hearts or Killie to go out of business.

But as I have said innumerable times, There are just waaaaaayyy too many senior teams for a wee country of 5 million. So I would imagine there will be more going to the wall.

BTG..Yeah I hate Hearts..at least Rangers fans can have a bit of banter, not they jambo fakkers. I don't really care about Killie..they are a boring club who bring nothing to the table

Actually probebly a little bit different in that association fitba was traditionally never the national game. Think the Celtic appeal was more along the lines of they were a good news story for a country that did not have a lot of such at the time Celtic became ingrained into the psyche

also celtic aren't as a big a deal in ireland as most folk think. man yoo and liverpool have a much bigger support in ireland than celtic

There are too many clubs, I agree with that but don't see an easy solution as each club has its fans and if they go out of business then that fan is potentially lost to the game. A league set up that better reflects our resources with a pyramid structure would allow clubs to still exist and reward those who want to progress rather than feed of the scraps.

That still doesn't though answer my point. Rangers fans were rightly shot down for wishing other clubs to go out of business so why is it ok for some Celtic fans to want Hearts to go out of business?

True TRFC but every single one of them despite what EPL side they follow are Celtic fans also

Its poetic justice that Murray shut down Airdionins for a pitance with the responce as to why being "because business is business"

Bluetoon, it's obviously not.

You don't approve, TRFC doesn't approve.
