Though the latter two have huge influence over the club, Morgan is ultimately responsible.
You've missed off Andy Keogh and Geoff Palmer.

Buck stops at the top and he employed (either directly or indirectly) all of the others on your list Wolfgang.
His blundring mistakes are now legendary!
My blundring mistake was not spelling blundering correctly.
Its impossible to blame SS, TC or DS as none of them had/have enough time to have made big enough errors to explain this complete shambles.
Moxey does what he is told, impossible to blame him either.
That's what Rudolph Hess said, Cinci.

I surprised myself by blaming KH & not RJ after a whole season of slagging RJ off. I think KH turned into a bad apple where RJ was simply mis managed.
10 for Morgan.
Like others have said the buck stops with him.
Cinci...it's not impossible to blame SS...I managed it
The buck also stopped with Hitler. He did have both advisers and enforcers, however.
It's me guys 10 ...lovin it Jez How bout some more pies to make up.

Fastest moving thread ever.
Didn't Hitler employ 2 men for each job a sort of survival of the fittest.
Maybe Morgan should do the same with Moxey's job and employ Ray Winstone
You have a point.

Dont be so down on yourself deja
Don't agree Deja...Morgan listens only to his own knee jerk temper & hires & fires who he wants whether or not 10,000 numpties wanted Mick out.
Actually, sod it.

It was Morgan who decided ti tie up £18 million on an unnecessary new stand and presumably it was Morgan who told Tim Nash in the summer of 2011 that Mick wouldn't be here in 12 months time, but left it to the worst possible time to do it.
In fairness, the fans that count and do post on here do come across as completely to blame.
The Changing Rooms don't get away scott-free. That's where Morgan did his spleen-venting, maybe shocking the players at the same time.
