McCarthy bears the greatest responsibility because he was in charge of the football side, he was the one who should have identified weaknesses in the squad and done something about it. Instead, he relied too much on his Championship squad. Kevin Doyle was ineffective - 14 goals in the first two PL seasons - and you still had George Elokobi as your only recognised left back. And having bought Steven Fletcher, Mick under-utilised him despite Doyle continuing his poor scoring form.
I give Steve Morgan 3 for his unforgivable dressing room appearance and for not sacking Mick soon enough.

Thanks Terrie for reminding the world that we play Association Football not feckin soccer.... I keep trying to tell the colonials here in Oz that they don't play football as they punch the ball to each other. The Americans try to lay claim to the word football in a game where they iether throw the ball or run with it. Ironically the only person on the team who actually kicks the ball is viewed as a girl.
