So whats the alternative. Not to read newspapers and hide in a bunker with my fingers in my ears. Rather narrow world view mate. There is a middle ground you know. Take reports, discuss and analyse them. Sometimes they are accurate.

Me neither. But the only way it would work is to separate the buying/coaching roles like in most clubs these days. No way can Howe attract top European stars.

They might not be accurate. But very often they can come from genuine sources. So you have think why the information is being put out, by whom and what can be their motives.

Unless you are a very travelled reporter, or working for some hedge fund you will find facts very hard to come by. Thats why analysts are paid so much money. Those who can disseminate with even 50% accuracy can make you a lot of money.

What rant abt Hedge funds? How do you think they make investments? If I am going to invest KSE I want to know what their future plans are for one of their biggest holdings. Wenger's plans are not only being speculated on by fans who want rid of him.
