Interesting how Covid seems to be contracting everywhere apart from Scotland. 🤔

I am glad they got deaths under control again. My post was 4 days ago. But my point was on why the R rate is higher in Scotland almost 1. Which is the reason given by Nici for not lifting your lockdown.

We learnt in Germany that the R rate is subject to fluctuations and it isnt accurate. To have the infections under control it needs to be under 1.
The R rate is only one indication of how the infections develop.

Honestly I think they wont be any moving at all at least no key signing.
Would be glad if we can keep our players together for once (Auba, Laca).
Think this will be a quiet transfer window not only for Arsenal.

What other indication is there other than reproduction rate for a highly infection disease?
Think we're more likely to sell Laca than Auba next window tbh.
Hey lads... remember that time we turned down £10m from Roma for Mkhitaryan.
Pure bantz era.

Maybe Jan. Though I think it more likely he'll leave on a free when his contract ends.
Tbh it's all about sorting Saka atm for me.

We learnt from the RKI (Robert Koch Institut) that they only publish the R rate if there is a reliable direction of the virus visible.
We had some virus cases in Coesfeld (Münster) in some slaughterhouses which influenced the R rate massively for a short time. It is now again under 1 in Germany.

yes, it goes up and down as whole. and some local issues can cause wild fluctuations. for example we have an issue with care homes where the R is 1 or even higher changing the whole countries rate to be around c0.75 to even 0.9 at times. but R and R0 are the only true indicators of a virus spread.
