Lol

Dont expect him even in the squad tonight to be honest. Is this tweet a swipe from Mesut?

First I wasnt convinced of Ceballos. I knew he can play some good football. He has been at RM not by accident. He havent shown it for a long while. The last few performances convinced me. He finally is there.

Not expecting Ozil to play for us again this season tbh.

Hopefully we can somehow get him out the door in the transfer window.

Dear we will never know what his actual problem is

Don't think has once said anything about back pain

Because his signing was meant to signify THE Arsenal returning.

Despite the Cup wins, it obviously didn't work out that way.

Guess some people just can't let go though.

I don't even think its that pete, i think people see the dearth of creativity in our team right now and think ozil, who has apparently created the most chances for us this season despite not playing in months, would be a solution to that problem.

the issue is, he's pretty much useless at everything else, isn't in the club's plans and can't seem to stay fit.

Not even that. I think some Goobers genuinely think it's 2010, and we've one of World Football's best players at the club.

The fact he's been at Arsenal more than double the time he was in Madrid seems irrelevant to them.

Despite what Ozil and his agent say, I do think it's unlikely he'll see out the last year of his contract sitting in the bin at Arsenal.

Honestly Lex. I expect him doing it. See out his contract even if that means he isnt in the squad.

Nah, he'll go out on loan.

Is the world cup going ahead as planned?

What I know is Arsenal need to stop to protect him.

If he isnt in the plans of Arteta say it as it is. The asking about him after every game has to stop.

Yeah but Samir, even Cesc never had such insane fanboys. Sanchez didnt either and he was 50 times the player Ozil is for Arsenal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

it's because he's a big name with a huge reputation. he has more followers on social media as an individual than we do as a club.

people still view him as a world class No. 10 even if he's not the same level of player he was at Madrid.

Why?

He's being paid £18m to essentially do nothing. For him to be loaned out, a club would have to pay a percentage of his wages and take a risk on him due to his 'injuries'.

Reports were saying he plans on seeing out his contract here and then move to the USA/Turkey for the end of his career. That's what I expect.

Ozil is still the highest profile muslim player. If the world cup is going ahead as planned I could see some qatari club part paying his wages for publicity.

Current Arsenal CBs:

Luiz
Mustafi
Kolasinac (kinda)
Holding
Chambers
Mari
Saliba
Mavropanos

How many of them do you expect to be with us next season?

posted on 15/7/20

We need to judge players on what they are doing for our club not on what happened off the field.

Fact is Özil contributes nothing.
