That's what I'm worried about.

If we win our games in hand, we'll be 20 pts ahead of Spurs

City had Foden, de Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Laporte, Dias, Phillips, Walker and Cancelo on their bench, this is where I feel there could be a big difference as the season progresses. Their depth is ridiculous.

I know we're in a really good position and have passed a lot of the hurdles people (myself included) expected us to fall under, but there's still so much football to be played and Pep has already started the mind games. Really hope this group can stay fit, continue to prove me wrong and achieve something incredible.

He's left footed and seen as cover for Gabriel. He's 22, Polish international, started for them at the World Cup, has good playmaking ability from deep and can apparently play in DM/LB as well as CB.

Fits the profile that Arteta wants.

The skill set you describe suggests a backup for Zinchenko.

So that would mean an exit for Tierney? That I think is expected.

White, Tomi, Saliba, Gabriel, NDicka, Kiwori, Zinny, Tierney is good strength for a CL campaign.

The thing is Tierney really doesn't fit our style of play now and lets be honest, hasn't really shown an progression to cover in midfield. I don't see Arteta playing any counter attack formations from now on. We can dominate possession in away games now because of Zinchenko so what would be the point of counter attack?
