We lacked presence behind Nketiah tonight. Vieira needed to impose himself more in the match. Had he done so, Nketiah and Saka would've had more joy, I think.
Bummed ESR's injury woes continued.
More upset by that than tonight's result tbh.
ESR injury isnt something to worry about apparently. They left him out for precaution reasons.

Think getting niggles coming back from a longer injury is normal too. Does put into perspective how ridiculous Xhaka is though to come back so early and barely miss a minute since

Partey was very good in that first half yesterday. He has improved massively this season and his mobility in that middle is crucial.

So they are keeping him no matter what then.
Di zerbi looked worried talking about Caseido yesterday, he obviously stated his desire to leave to them before he posted that, Im not sure keeping an unhappy player would work in the long run
Why not just sign these fooking players before they end up in the pl? We were aware of him before he joined Brighton weren't we?

Sad how islamophobic France has become last few years
I don't like the criticism Lokonga gets. Yeh, he had a poor game and is probably not the player Arteta thought he might turn out to be, but there's no need to go OTT on him. He knows he had a poor game and he's probably questioning his own abilities, but that's the point the fans need to back a player. These social media posts attacking player are unwarranted and need to stop

Of course there is going to be a drop in quality if Lokonga had to replace Partey. People forget that Lokonga, Vieira, Holding are players who havent played games and you could see it. Lokonga wasnt as bad as people making out.
