Tony Kroos?

In his prime yes
Is caicedo worth 100m geets?
The way West Ham are talking I can see us not getting Rice
100m is a little bit more than he's worth, they're gonna be difficult and want 120m (which Todd will go for because he's an idiot)
I mean these clubs always talk big about their players values.
But clearly Rice wants to go, hes only got 2 years left on his deal so I think the time feels right if they want big money.

Chelsea need to get rid of a lot of players before they buy more
Auba,
Kepa
Lukaku
Ziyech
to start with
Never underestimate the Todd
Rice has said he wants to play CL football. So Chelsea are not in the picture. He also wants to stay in London. But you can never rule out City. Although, they will have to sell Phillips first, and I don't think mid-tier clubs can afford his wages even if accepted a move.
So West Ham can talk up his fee all they want. They have limited options, and Rice only has a season left on his contract.
Bring Kane to the carpet?
That downsycunt is never leaving Spurs.
Rice has two seasons left
Kane has a season left on his contract as well, and he is not negotiating a new one, so his Man U dream lives on.

No, one season and one is an option. And I don't see Rice agreeing to the extension.
The 19-year-old has signed a new five-and-a-half-year deal, which has an option of a further 12 months.
The news ends months of uncertainty over the player’s future after long-running contract negotiations.
Tottenham have been keen on Rice - but the midfielder will be staying at the London Stadium for the foreseeable future.
‘I’m absolutely delighted to have got the contract done, signed and to commit my future to the club until 2024. I’m absolutely ecstatic,’ said Rice.
He's definitely off this summer.

Isn't up to the club to trigger the extension?

Most options are mutual. Why would a player agree for it to be only one-sided?
Think about it, Castor. If a player does not develop, the club right has to get rid of him after 5 years. And if he does develop, they can force him to stay on lower wages for an extra year? What security does a player have with an option like that? Which is why they are usually mutual.

I don't know the particulars of the contract Castor. And neither does Sky. They are reporting on what Moyes said to the media. But Moyes never said if Declan Rice is agreeable to the extension.
And it's a similar situation with Granit Xhaka. His contract ends in 2024, but we have an option for an extra year. Does not mean we can force Granit to stay against his wishes if he wants a proper extension on better wages rather the ones already agreed in the 1-year option.
