Do you think beating City in one of the games would have them a little more rattled about the idea of us being serious title challengers?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well they have a mental edge over us. We have lost what the last 13 games v City.
Beating them just once could have mentally as a team
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Think we had a real good chance to do so but Tomiyasu's back pass, a lack of concentration cost us yet again. We were way the better team until this inciddent.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah it's a mental thing v City which is why we always have brain farts v them
Gone back and looked at title winners that weren’t City. Liverpool, Leicester, Chelsea (twice) and United all beat City when going on to win the title. We had to win at the Etihad if we wanted the title.
Seriously Gundogan is ridiculous
Bring Gundogan to the carpet
This is going to be an absolute hammering
Gundogan out of contract in the Summer?

Bar the first half at the emirates, we literally bent over for City in both games unfortunately
And Everton are well back in the relegation battle.
It’s a mental block with City that we have to overcome. It would help having a fully fit squad and being in some decent form the next time we play them

Yeah I just think the plays are shot before they step on the field v City.
Once the first goal goes in, we just collapse v them.
If only we beat them in the FA Cup...
Wish we still had the Europey to look forward to. All this incredible football for nothing ðŸ˜

We going that far back!
A lot of bs about Arsenal not having any injuries this season but nobody has really said that about City. They’ve kept all their best players fit all season. The likes of Haaland, KDB and Stones are usually good for lengthy layoffs and it hasn’t happened this season

The game before we lost against Everton, drew with Brentford and lost against City? Yeah, why not. Win that and put down a marker.
Petes man DIngs has scored.
Thought you were referring to our fa cup win the semis

no
Tierney for Zinchenko the only change.
Walker, De Bruyne and Gundogan that are all 32 I think still seem to be going strong. Walker doesn't seem to have lost his pace yet.
