Praying we don't get any more injuries
Top 4 will be difficult if Partey is injured
Think Pepe will go to Saudi before their window closes. Doubt we’ll get anything for him, but hopefully we at least won’t have to pay him to leave.
Genuinely would not surprise me if Cedric played for us this season though.
Back to square fecking one. Last season gonna be a fluke isn’t it.
I'm not usually one of the doom and gloom merchants, but it does feel like we're not really gonna compete for anything this year and just get top four and go out in the knockouts of the CL. I guess solidifying our spot there and pushing on next year wouldn't be the worst thing.
I dunno, I just don't feel optimistic.

These injuries spoil our season again. If that bad luck continues then I really can see Cedric being included.

Yea, this club is cursed
One of the worrying things with the squad is we no longer have a group of <21s with a fair bit of first team experience.
So, when in previous seasons we have named squads of 21/22 senior players we have had the comfort of an additional 3 or 4 <21s to add. Now there is a massive chasm, with the kids sharing about 1 minute of senior football between them.
Love the quirks of early season TV choices. Palace vs Wolves on Sky tomorrow, while at the same time the more interesting Liverpool vs Villa is being played
On a positive note, neither ESR or Vieira contributed much last season, so if one, or better still, both of them step up this season they could be literal LANS.

players have to step up and showig their worth.
Eddie Howe out by Christmas?
Not looking good for Howe.
Howe or ‘the magician’ last until Christmas?
One-trick pony. Counter Attack managers always have up and down seasons.
We were going to buy Lavia and I suppose it will be Zubamendi in Jan to replace Partey as cover. Elneny better step up his recovery. Is there any youth player who can step up?
Zubamendi won't leave his hometown, never mind move country.
I am sure they have a list of options when Rice was a maybe and Partey was in talks with the Saudis.
Yeah, then they leaked it to Chelsea and they signed them all...
Hey, as p/ssed off about things as most of us are, let's not spoil the atmosphere for Castor and PP, who 'didn't want to have us playing with any entirely new midfield this season'.
Happy for both of you.
Its Brighton's targets then.
Would be a bit ironic if we ended up with Billy Gilmour.
Castors man Mitoma misses an open goal.
