Way too early to call but yeah the signings, Rice aside, have been a disaster.

Havertz looks like a white elephant (and plays like one), Timbers broken and Raya has ruined our calm and happy goalkeeper situation.

The issue was always going to be the replacement for Xhaka and unfortunately Havertz is a huge downgrade

Arteta has really screwed that position up now and will probably have to go back into the market to find another 8.

As for havertz, trying to reinvent a player that has never played the left sided 8 position was always a big risk.
