Arteta didn't sound too confident. It'll take more than the medics have okayed him. Hammys can seem fine and then go bad, like with Marti. Then we lose him a month or more, so I suspect he will be rested. I suppose Arteta can take the risk with International break.

However, I think Southgate has given the little game away. I'd bet on saka to start.
