Some players don't like the spotlight. I think he still has a level higher in him with more confidence.

Personally I think it is because Saka is the penalty taker. Ode did take one off him at Palace, I think.

I think some of Odegaards worst performances have come when we have needed him the most.

For sure. He’s come a long way & in 2024 we’ve seen the very best of him. But in big games, he does need to show up more. To get the best out of Saka, you need Ode to be at his best. At least Saka still gets you the output even if he’s quiet.
Saka this season has become underrated due to CL performances against Porto and Bayern away.

Odegaard is the heartbeat of our attack. Everything is channelled through him. But I have yet to see him take control like David Silva/De Bruyne/Gundogan/Bergkamp/Cesc etc. used to. I think a bit more confidence and he will. So much potential.

Liverpool really suprised me.

Thought they would have more at the end of the season to win the title. Thought they really would push more for a good Kloppo farewell but they really have lost it ,

Also think that if one day Salah leaves the club they are in trouble.
